    I cannot thank you enough for your video series! Life changing! Your explanations and demos are clear, and concise which makes subsequent viewing never tedious. Also, your verbal clues are key for each exercise - I love them all. Please keep them coming ❤

      Hi Susan, thanks for the encouragement and the feedback on the details of our videos! We very intentionally choose the exercises, the order that we present them in, and the verbal cues, so it's so great to hear that those intentions are seen and appreciated. Thanks again, we're about to publish another workout so keep your eye out for that. We also would loooove if you could share this with your networks, to keep supporting us in creating more content!

    Hi! Thank you so much for this channel 🥰 I feel no stretch in the hamstrings when I do the warm up exercise for the hamstrings… I then only feel a stretch in my calves and around the knees instead… I think I am doing it the right way 🤔 Do you have a tip or alternative for the hamstrings? I am a 4C.

    • @TSCConnect
      @TSCConnect  Год назад

      Hmm that’s fairly common actually, can you try to tip your pelvis upward a little bit more? If that doesn’t work, it’s okay, try the other ones ☺️ also the hamstrings attach behind the knee so that may be the sensation you feel there (but may also be nerve tension or something else)

      Glad to hear you like our videos! They’re actually downloaded with a paid license so we don’t have any playlists… however maybe we can make a video with a workout music mix! Good idea :)

      Yes any exercises that are moving are considered dynamic (rather than a static hold)

    Hi,physio Andrea,in the wrist flexion exercises are you flexing at the metacarpal phalangeal joint or at the wrist joint ie the lower end of forearm bones & carpal joints,please clarify.Flexing at the wrist is difficult

    • @TSCConnect
      @TSCConnect  2 года назад

      We’re warming up the main motion area of the wrist, specifically the radiocarpal and ulnocarpal joins.

    Mam, i have right thoracic scoliosis, after i had head and shoulder exercise like this, when i wear t- shirt ,it pulls out backward. Why please . It means curvature is worsen?🙏

    • @TSCConnect
      @TSCConnect  2 года назад

      Hello, I'm not sure what you mean about the T-shirt pulling, but these exercises are all in a neutral spine position meaning that they should not worsen your curve doing them. But, if you are not sure, please ask a Physiotherapist in your area who can watch you do these exercises and give you advice because cannot give individual advice on RUclips. Thanks! -Physio Andrea

    This warm up works great before your other beginner workouts! I would love to see a full body cool down as well. Which of your videos would you recommend for a cool down?

    • @TSCConnect
      @TSCConnect  11 месяцев назад +1

      Great idea for a cool down routine! For now, you can try:
      - 10-min Flexibility Routine: ruclips.net/video/zG0JlR_EzLg/видео.html
      - Mobility Routine: ruclips.net/video/llXZKXGoebo/видео.html
      - Neck and Shoulder Stretches: ruclips.net/video/ZB1yywkGGKw/видео.html
      If we were to put together a monthly calendar of workout combinations, would that be of interest to you? Thinking about making that a membership option!
