    I just found your channel and I’m really enjoying the videos. This is a great morning wake up. With the child’s pose(ish) exercise, I use my kitchen counter standing with my hands on the edge and my feet far enough so I can get into that extended position. This is the best position I’ve found and it feels so good afterwards!

      Yes! Watch this video too that shows 5 ways (including the kitchen counter one you're referring to!) to decompress your spine: ruclips.net/video/e0jswkLVcS4/видео.html

    Hi, I've just found your channel and watched a few of your videos which look very helpful. I was wondering if you would recommend avoiding the Cat Cow stretch which I see in so many 'regular' yoga and stretch routines online. Thank you. 😊

    Hi Andrea,
    Would you recommend doing this when your back is super stiff/sore from being on your feet all day?
    If not could you recommend a video?
    Thank you

      That sounds like a great situation to do this workout because it’s so gentle. Try it at the end of the work day and see how you feel :)

    Have scoliosis and compression fractures! What stretches are safe?

    • @TSCConnect
      @TSCConnect  2 месяца назад

      All of our workouts are done in neutral spine, meaning they minimize bending and twisting of the spine so technically they are gentle for people who have spinal conditions, especially the Beginner level workouts: ruclips.net/p/PLpr1aOXw16npMQ-VycnLnroPcndSmwQVE
      However, their appropriateness highly depends on your condition. If your fractures are severe and you have nerve issues like numbness, tingling, muscle weakness, they you will require a more personalized exercise plan with a scoliosis-trained physiotherapist.
