We started a whole playlist for hyperkyphosis: ruclips.net/p/PLpr1aOXw16nrFC5tbgAHDz8NsMa8iNGyZ Here is an upper body strengthening workout: ruclips.net/video/iFawJFj1rpQ/видео.html
thank you so much for this. Have you done (or could you do :) a video about weight-bearing exercise for scoliosis sufferers? As someone who has a recent diagnosis of osteopenia (dexa scan) I am of course trying to prevent osteoporosis. That means impact on the joints, and it’s really hard to know how to do that when one has scoliosis. it feels like impact compresses the spine so how to deal with that? Doing weight lifting from the floor? I am at a loss. Thanks for all you do!
Hello! Yes many of our viewers have osteopenia or osteoporosis. We made a beginner workout playlist that has many movements that are likely appropriate for you: ruclips.net/p/PLpr1aOXw16npMQ-VycnLnroPcndSmwQVE Here's a specific low-impact one: ruclips.net/video/75foExxWd3s/видео.html And another: ruclips.net/video/jBRTi0jbrSg/видео.html We have a long list of videos to make - but if you're able to join our base TSC Connect Cheerleader membership, then your video requests (like an explainer for how to exercise with osteopenia and scoliosis... is that what you were referring to?) get bumped to the top :)
@@TSCConnect thank you so much, really appreciate it. and I will check out the membership! This is a particularly weird financial time but I’ll do my best :) Thanks again-
Try doing smaller movements (like don't lift your knees as high, or just do small hops and not big jumps), or move slower. Feel free to take a break whenever you need, keep it up, the endurance improves with practice!

@@TSCConnect I always take my shirt off when I workout.
How many calories does jt burn?
We don’t focus on calorie counts, instead we want people to feel good moving your body!
Trying this today, but my legs are always on fire in the 15 sec mark, any tips?
