I made 2 of these and got another one to make for jun , but this one I thank I will plan out on my cnc machine make build lot quicker....

Is building the rocking horse with MDF adaquate enough to handle the weight and enough to not chip or break due to heavy use? Seems like a hard wood should be used. Feedback requested?

How old would you say kids would be to enjoy this? I'm thinking of making it for a 4yr old?

the wood for the legs suppose to be 1-1/2' thick.you can glue two boards of 3/4'.

יש דרך לעשות את זה עם עץ מלא ולא עם MDF (לא אוהב לעבוד עם החומר הזה)?
וואווו כמה עבודה! כל הכבוד
המחשב לא מסתדר עם נגרות פשוט מנקה אותו פעם בשבוע
אפשר לעשות עם כל סוג עץ שתרצה.
mdf זה לא הפייבוריט שלי גם...חומר מגעיל אבל קל לעיבוד.

Nice work! what is the tool you are using at 15:06 ? How much it cost you in material (glue, filler, mdf) ?
the tool is dremel.
mdf was about 50$
filler i use 1 can
glue you can use the small tite bond glue bottle it is more than enough
