Craigslist and Facebook marketplace were where I found most of the apartments I viewed. Have a look there and should give you an idea of prices too 😊 good luck with the move!!! 💕

For rent, it ranges from 1.7k to 2k, keep in mind the max is 3k and it might be a little expensive
