The Cult of Calvinism and its Uninspired Men vs the Bible

  • As a follow up to my video last week about 6 Reasons Calvinism is a Cult, this video explains why Calvinism has a false gospel when we look closely at their TULIP theology and I illustrate how Charles Spurgeon and their "giants of the faith" who popularized Calvinism and defended its theology fed this arrogant cult-like view of its supposed superiority and exclusivity as having a monopoly on Biblical truth but they rejected crystal clear Scripture. I also show how Calvinism cannot be reconciled with 1 John 3:23,24 and the commandment of God to believe in Jesus Christ.

Calvinist seem to love saying, Jesus was a failure if he didn't save everyone. That's the same old humdrum as usual. Jesus was 100% a success at saving whosoever will. It would appear that calvinism itself limits Christ's atonement.

You’re misquoting and misrepresenting what Spurgeon said. Here’s the full quote since you cherry picked the part that would make it easier for you to misrepresent him:
I have my own opinion that there is no such thing as preaching Christ and Him crucified, unless we preach what nowadays is called Calvinism. It is a nickname to call it Calvinism; Calvinism is the gospel, and nothing else. I do not believe we can preach the gospel if we do not preach justification by faith without works; nor unless we preach the sovereignty of God in His dispensation of grace; nor unless we exalt the electing unchangeable eternal, immutable, conquering love of Jehovah; nor do I think we can preach the gospel unless we base it upon the special and particular redemption of His elect and chosen people which Christ wrought out upon the cross. (Charles Spurgeon, The New Park Street Pulpit, Vol. 1, 1856).
Praying the Lord rebukes you and leads you in repentance from tearing down other believers publicly and seeking to cause division. May the Lord bring about unity in His body, the church, for the glory of His name and the good of His people.

You say it is taken out of context, so that means it is taken out of context by Calvinists, and I just refuted their claim so you should be happy, because you are refuting the claims of Calvinists just like me, but you are foolishly misdirecting your rebuke to me instead of them whom you clearly have issue with.

    • @b_5443

@@faithonfireministries wrong again. Calvinists use the quote to promote what Spurgeon preached as a whole as well as to honor who he was. You’re using it to reinforce your misguided views which are to tear down what Spurgeon (and as represented in this quote as a whole) what the scriptures teach. Cherry picking a part of a quote because it makes it easy for you to demonize a person or group of people is cowardly. Everything Spurgeon says in that quote is exactly what scripture teaches. Calvinism is merely a nickname. Your entire “ministry” seeks to tear down an entire group of Christian’s that you don’t agree with. And in order to do that, you frequently misrepresent them and their views in order to satisfy your own lusts for controversy.

I have lots of prior videos explaining why Calvinism / Reformed Theology is unbiblical and explaining why it is has a false gospel of election (they teach that everyone who is elect is universally going to be saved and go to heaven no matter what on the basis of their election unto salvation alone). And in those videos I don't even mention cults. However this is an important topic as well, to recognize that if it acts like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it is a duck.
Reformed churches do have a lot in common with what those other false religions that even they (Calvinists) would consider to be cults like JWs and Mormons who attempt to recruit Christians into their false belief systems.
In my last video I explained 6 reasons why Calvinism is a cult. If you are truly interested in an alternate view (the Biblical view) then put your own biases aside and go watch it. Other Christian denomination do not act like Calvinists do, and the hundreds of comments on the video confirm everything I said. Many people have noticed these traits of Calvinist churches. The Calvinists who tried their level best to discredit me or my message in the comments only ended up unwittingly confirming the points I made in the video by their own foolish cult-like statements.

My Pastor quotes Ephesians 2: 8, 9, then he always says that faith is a gift from God.
That's weaving Calvinism into the gospel message.
I said that is only partially true.
God in fact draws all men unto Him and He gives a measure of faith to *every man* , it's then up to us to decide where to place our faith.
God certainly doesn't pick and choose to save some and damn others.

    • @PastorJeffAddison
      @PastorJeffAddison 26 дней назад

@@colonalklink14 Faith is a gift: Many examples of this in scripture.
      1. Ephesians 2:8-9 - "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." This verse emphasizes that faith is not something we generate on our own; it is given to us by God as part of His grace.
      2. Philippians 1:29 - "For to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake." Here, the ability to believe (have faith) is described as something that has been granted, or given, by God.
      3. Romans 10:17, which says, "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."
This verse highlights the process by which faith is developed in an individual. It emphasizes that faith arises when a person hears the message of the Gospel-the Word of God. The act of hearing the Word of God, whether through preaching, reading Scripture, or other forms of communication, is what sparks and nourishes faith in a person's heart.
This verse complements the idea that faith is a gift from God. While God is the one who grants faith, the means by which He often does so is through the proclamation of His Word. When people are exposed to the message of the Gospel, the Holy Spirit works in their hearts to bring about faith. So, faith comes both as a gift from God and as a response to hearing His Word.

Calvinism's faulty claim of No Free Will for humanity is nothing more than the Enemy's projection of his own condition unto humanity. The Devil and his minions made their choice and forfeited any other choice for themselves. For them no other choice is left open, nor is there the choice to return or receive redemption. Christ did not die for them. He only died for fallen humanity. The Devil and his cohorts stand condemned already. In stark contrast to the Enemy, humans have that choice available to exercise their Free Will and to return of their own accord to Christ and thus be saved. Redemption is still open for humans. It is no longer open for the Enemy. This infuriates the Enemy and so the ridiculous narcissistic gaslighting attempt to heap his own lost condition (one of total depravity, no redemption , no more choice to return and only ever deeper depravity until the Judgement comes) onto humanity. He is performing a vile and twisted switcheroo in the minds of those who let themselves be deceived by the evil one's projection of his own condition onto humans.

another winner !!!! 9:50 BINGO !! Here's the quote from R.C. Sproul on salvation in Calvinism... very telling.
Dr. Sproul was asked to respond to the polemic accusation that salvation under Calvinism is no more than 'spiritual rape'. He responded that he did not appreciate the term... but he could not dispute the sentiment. Sproul wrote; "I personally do not like the term “rape” for the Reformed position concerning regeneration (i.e being born again) prior to belief. Yet with that said, I think I understand why non-Reformed folk invoke the term, for despite protestations, when one breaks down Reformed soteriology, one is left with the fact that regeneration occurs against the will of the unregenerate sinner-the sinner has NO CHOICE in the matter; as such, there is some truth to the claim that it is “a forced love”." SO... RAPE... BECOMES... 'FORCED LOVE'🤔😎...Try telling that to a victim some time.
Dr. Sproul agrees with it but like to say it 'nicer'.😎 Which is typical of Calvinists when confronted with their own doctrine in 'plain' terms'.
"Forced Love" is NOT love. And our Heavenly Father, who is the very personification of 'Love', (a noun), would know the difference! It would not be satisfactory because it is no more than deception. Calvin also explained apostasy as God imposing Evanescent (false) Grace/faith on some which is later withdrawn that their eternal punishment be even greater.... because God never really loved them anyway. If "Total Depravity" is true there is no other way to explain a former believer who denies their faith later.... god 'did it'. They can't trust their 'faith' anymore than the God they think gave it to them! These descriptions of God are unavoidable in Calvinism and they are diametrically opposed to the nature of our Heavenly Father as Jesus portrayed him and as Paul describes him in 1 Cor. 13.
Calvinists have God slipping man a 'mickey' to make him think and act 'as if' he loves God because he cannot risk the rejection of a man who might freely refuse him.

This is so true about what you said in your intro. Just because there are Christians in these "Denominations"/"Cults" doesn't necessarily mean that they are not "real" Christians. I personally used to be a part of a very Legalistic church and God miraculously shook that church toward the truth of Grace. My wife and I have since moved on toward Grace and Kingdom of God preachers and teachers. Ironically though, God once corrected me on this very thing when I heard a Catholic declaring how much he loved serving Christ and in my heart I said, "yeah but you're a Catholic, you're not a 'real' Christian" and immediately I heard God speak to me in my heart and say, "Don't LIMIT who my children are!" I said I was sorry for saying what I said but I never forgot what God said and even what my own experience taught me. God knows who His kids are and that's why I believe channels like this are so important. Tell His kids the truth in love and allow the Holy Spirit to do the rest. I follow the doctrines of grace because after years of studying the Bible and different theology, reformed theology makes most sense to me of who God is.
On a completely personal level I can testify that I came to faith by a working of the Holy Spirit. I hated God and had no time at all for Jesus, then one day the Lord came for me in a profound way. I can testify His grace is truly irresistible as I went pretty much kicking and screaming into repentance. When I saw my sin and saw how it offended God I repented on the spot. It was all of God and nothing of me.
Can I ask a question? If Calvinism is a cult then does this charge stand for those who hold an Arminian position or molonist stand point? What about new earthers over old earth creationists? What about cessationists or continuationists? Surely none of the above are a cult but a theological stand point?
By the way I started out in a Pentecostal church but left those circles as reformed theology made more sense to me.

There are two human choices involved when Jesus said: "The love of money is the root of all evil" he already knew that Judas as the treasurer loved money more than he loved Him." This shows us CHOICE in at least two ways: 1. ROOT of all evil means it is something that GROWS, evil is something that is harbored and nurtured in someone's heart. And it grows from a tender sprout that could be discarded to a small plant that could still be taken out to finally the full grown entrenched plant. As humans we can choose to let evil overgrow us and choke off the good fruit. It illustrates the perpetual CHOICE humans have in letting the root grow or pulling it out. 2nd Choice: Finally, even if evil has overtaken a human, there remains still the choice: that of asking Christ to forgive us in His Grace (as Peter did after he denied Christ) or the choice that Judas made, to believe only in himself and his own failings rather than look at Jesus and His greater Grace.

Catholics think Peter holds the keys, but he doesn't he was just a man God chose for a service, because he was listening and learning from the Father, but most of the religious Pharisees didn't recognize Him because they weren't. And I find this view of God to be a very narrow small minded view of who He is... simply put genuine love and any true relationship with meaning requires a choice. I do not believe I will wake up one day and poof be enlightened to trust this man centered esoteric baggage.. I simply see it as Augustine's slide back into gnostic practices and others following.

Romans 11:29 says, “For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.” “Without repentance” means that God won't change His mind about what He has called you to do. If God has called you, that calling is still there, whether or not you have obeyed.
Be encouraged! Many of us with children have been convinced to give gifts which we later regret..... God NEVER draws back from what he has given to his children.
In 2 Timothy 1:6 Paul says, "Therefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God which is in thee through the putting on of my hands". In this verse, the apostle Paul is telling Timothy to develop his own spiritual gifts and faith, even though he received them from others. The Greek word translated as "stir up" in this verse means to kindle a fire, similar to using bellows. The idea is that Timothy should keep his spiritual gift from growing cold and instead "stir it up" to keep it burning brightly.
Phil 1:6 "Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ"
      God is Faithful.

When it comes to 2 Timothy 2:12 it must be in the context it was written, look at the chapter from the beginning he is talking about being a good soldier of Jesus Christ, and not being entangled with the affairs of this life, and bringing the elect, which are his Jewish brothers in the flesh to salvation and there are people like Hymenaeus and Philetus trying to overthrow their faith. Interestingly
There is this Gospel Jesus Preached which The Church is not Preaching.
The Gospel Jesus Preached is The Gospel of The Kingdom of God. Mark 1 vs. 14 & 15. (I am talking about Dispensationalism)
The moment Catholocism via The Reformation caused the Church to stray from The Gospel Jesus Preached, we gave birth to Philosophies of Men such as
Calvinism: Determinism and all these ISMS.
The Gospel as Proclaimed by Messiah Jesus (Mark 1 vs. 14 & 15) is that God's Spiritual Kingdom has been brought into our world by Jesus of Nazareth who is The Christ (The King of The Jews) and by extension The Lord of The World. And Messiah Jesus is inviting all humans to return to living in God's Kingdom here and now by living under the Lordship of Jesus.
I agree with You on Calvinism, It is Scriptural Non-Sense.
I advocate that you make time to understand The Gospel of The Kingdom Jesus Preached which The Apostles Preached which also Paul Preached (Acts 20 vs. 25, Acts 28 vs 31)
There is a clear difference between Preaching The Gospel of The Kingdom which Jesus preached which he commanded his disciples to Preach and Preaching That Jesus is The Christ (Messiah) which apostle Paul did quite often.
I encourage you to take time and listien to this Teaching on The Gospel Jesus Preached.

    • @PastorJeffAddison
      @PastorJeffAddison 26 дней назад +1

Calvinism or reformed theology is so far removed from universalism. Let me explain to you as well as this content creator who made such a bogus statement.
Universalism, within the context of Christian doctrine, is the belief that ultimately all people will be saved and reconciled to God. This view holds that God's love and grace will eventually overcome all sin and unbelief, leading to the salvation of every human being, regardless of their faith or actions during their lifetime.
Proponents of Universalism often cite verses such as 1 Timothy 2:4 ("[God] desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth") and Romans 5:18 ("Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men") to support their view. However, traditional Christian interpretations argue that these verses should be understood in the context of the whole Bible, which includes teachings on eternal judgment and the necessity of faith in Christ.
Universalism is often criticized within mainstream Christian theology as being inconsistent with the overall biblical narrative, which includes warnings of eternal judgment and the necessity of faith and repentance. Critics argue that Universalism undermines the seriousness of sin and the need for evangelism, as it suggests that everyone will eventually be saved regardless of their response to the Gospel.
So with all that being said, Universalism is a perspective within Christian thought that offers a hopeful vision of ultimate reconciliation for all people, which Reformed Theology denies.

They will deny this until the cows come home because they will always say the only definition of Universalism is that everybody on earth no matter what goes to heaven and nobody goes to hell. That is NOT the only definition of Universalism. It is also universalism to claim that everyone who is unconditionally elected by God will be saved and go to heaven no matter what, and that is exactly what Calvinists teach.

Even the Cross would be unnecessary if Calvinism was correct, because He could just ordain His supposed 'elect' few to follow him robot-like. No, instead God has elected for each one of us to be saved. Some, by faith in the power of the Cross, accept that calling and follow Him, others reject that calling. That is why he calls us to have faith in Him. Faith is not work, Faith is surrender to God and to His good Will for us and it is developed and increases over time.

This is the reality of the flesh which won't spend even one second in heaven with our soul, spirit and new glorious heavenly body at the resurrection. So just the same as a Christian remain susceptible to sin, so does one remain susceptible to the false seductive teachings of cults that masquerade as a sect of Christianity but aren't really Christian at all. This is why I believe real Christians who believed the Gospel and received the gift of God, forgiveness of sins and eternal life, and then fall away for the lies of Calvinism or other cults still remain saved and will go to heaven. • @faithonfireministries
      @faithonfireministries  24 дня назад +1

Jesus had many disciples and chose 12 to be His Apostles. You are most likely thinking of John 6: 70 or John 15: 16 is which Jesus is speaking to the 12 Apostles. He didn't choose them for salvation but for service to a mission, to bear fruit (more believers) for the Kingdom of God. John 6: 70 clarifies perfectly that Jesus did not choose them for salvation despite Calvinists claiming so, Jesus saying to the 12 Apostles, "Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?" That devil was Judas and he was chosen but not saved.
And in John 15: 16, it says that the 12 Apostles didn't choose Jesus, He chose them, but then the verse explains exactly what Jesus chose them for. The Calvinist lie is that Jesus chose them for salvation but that isn't true based upon the verse itself. Worse yet, the Calvinist lie extends beyond the 12 Apostles and they often cite the beginning of the verse only (You didn't choose me, I chose You) and drop off the rest of it and then claim this applies to us today, that nobody chooses Jesus, He must choose us as the elect unto salvation but no Scripture supports that.
Here is the full verse from John 15: 16, "Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you."
11 of the 12 did what they were chosen for, to bring forth fruit that remains. That is us Christians and there are many millions around the world today, so they were chosen for a mission, not for salvation as one of them, Judas was chosen but failed to do the mission. Later, Jesus would give all Christians that same mission to go bear fruit that remains. We call it the Great Commission in the Bible, which is to preach the Gospel around the world and teach people to follow Jesus. All Christians are chosen to do this mission as followers of Jesus, but we are not forced by God to do it. We must choose to do it.

@@faithonfireministries I dont know nor do I particularly care about the specifics of Calvinism, I'm more interested in the Word than factions.
It would appear that He chose them for a stated purpose, but I was more focused that He chose them and specifically the word "chose" or Eklegomai in the Greek. It sounds like we would agree that He made a willful choice in choosing them.
I see the same word is used in Ephesian 1:4, so I can see where some would consider it arguable whether scripture supports that He chose the elect unto salvation.

Calvinists want you to come to that conclusion by isolating Ephesians 1:4 and reading it in a vacuum. I hope you will go back and read the entire chapter and in chapter 2 at least. Context is key to understanding what it means to be "in Christ" and what exactly is predestined, individuals to salvation or spiritual blessings in heavenly places to those who are already saved, in Christ. Read Ephesians 1:3 at least. That gives the context as to what is being predestined to believers. Verse 4 says nothing about the individual being chosen for salvation. It is the one who is "in Christ" that is already saved and they chosen (not to be saved) but chosen to be holy and blameless before God. Just read it again!
When we come to faith in Christ, God does not give some salvific gifts such as the adoption or justification by faith to some believers and different gifts to other believers or perhaps no gifts to some believers. Paul is explaining a list of spiritual blessings that extends over into even more spiritual blessings listed in Romans 8, that every single believer will receive from God because that was God's plan of redemption for mankind from before the foundations of the world.
Context continues into Ephesians 2 when Paul writes this, " 12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: 13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ."
Notice that people were not chosen to be "in Christ" from before the foundation of the world. Before they became believers with faith in Christ, Paul says they were "without Christ." So, Calvinism is totally perverting Ephesians 1: 4 to try to lend credibility to their false theology, and they are ignoring the actual words on the page and avoiding most of the chapter and avoiding reading on for the full context. This is a wise saying, "context kills Calvinism."

Ephesians 1:34-14 tells us we are sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise AFTER that you heard that word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, in whom AFTER that you BELIEVED, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit. We are not born again or regenerated before believing, it is after believing. We are saved by grace through faith, not saved by faith through grace, they have it backwards. Faith is not the gift, salvation or eternal life is the gift. Romans 6:23 says the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord, whatever is not of faith is sin, everything from God comes through believing his promises. Hebrews 10:38 Now the just shall live by faith. Romans 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith. as it is written, the just shall live by faith. Every doctrine of TULIP can be debunked by scripture, it all came out of Catholicism as did Arminianism which is unbiblical as well. Another good video Brian, I really liked the way you presented both sides by the writers of the bible and the writers of Calvinism.

Calvinism is t a cult and this is a silly accusation. There are MANY great theologians and teachers who espouse this view and there are plenty of scriptural principles. For the Arminian who believes that sinful and deprived humans have the ability to choose God when Jesus clearly said “unless the Father draw you to me” has their own problems as well or if one believes that a human can reject that same drawing. Things a minor issue that should be debated and should be treated as such.

Part 2) We are LOST without Spiritual Truth. Instead, we debate one another according to 2 men's carnal beliefs. If they knew truth, they would not be debating. There is ONLY ONE TRUTH. and The Truth has no more Knowledge to know. So, if the truth is known than NO man would be able to dispute it. because it would be seen in ALL scripture the same truth. and indeed, it is.. But only those given truth can see it within the word. And ALL versions Have this IMAGE. NO MATTER who wrote it. Because EVERY version written by man is corrupt and has been added too or taken from in some way. either to make it easier to understand (because we in a carnal mind need order according to what we see, so we gave it numbers and commentary according to an image and order that we can better understand. Or outright change or take out whole verses. It does NOT matter. Because unless you take out the IMAGE of LIFE out of the bible. Which is IMPOSIBLE without destroying the whole thing. then it's inspired by God and can and does get people to see the truth he gave us in spirit withi9n the word. Don't take my word for it, take it up with God. I'm only a man and servant to the Truth God Gave me to see. I can no longer UNSEE it, lest I call the Word a Lier. In this Truth ONLY God can judge me. I judge no man according to the flesh but according to their truth. Lest it be carnal or spiritual the TRUE GOSPEL of Jesus Christ. Or WHO the people say that He is. My God bless all who read this according to His time and His Will for you. Sorry so Long, but Very important for us to Know if you don't want to be judged by the Physical Law in the end, Truth of it Spiritually was rejected and your physical works and belief and faith cannot save you, and God does not know you Spiritually, Your heart is that of STONE (Physical written word, ten commandments written on stone to see). Not a heart of flesh, as the TRUTH of Them are given Spiritually to us by God. To Only then see the TRUTH of Them as they are now written on our hearts, not in stone, but in the stone, we see the truth of them and WHO has written them. Love is Perfected in us. Who is Love "GOD" and what is the image of God? LIFE!. Not man, but in religion, that's who is perfected in us all right. MAN. We are really good at being a man, not so much a child and servant of God. We get our comfort from the world and men. rejecting the Spirit of Truth. Is this NOT a direct blaspheme of the Spirit, and indeed the sin we are in danger of never coming to God? Yes, it is. So go on then, don't say no one told you. You just cannot hear or see it. Because had you, then you would know EVERYONE in scripture is telling you the same thing. It's the Word we find our comfort, because the world religion and carnal mind will reject it and hate you for your Truth God Gives you, they cannot see it.. I promise you that you will feel alone in this world with TRUTH. The only comfort you have is seeing and knowing that Others before you were given this same truth as you see it in their words to us, as the Word bears witness to the Truth Now IN YOU. Good Luck in your religion though. You know, the One who says they have the truth. Oh Wait, that's ALL of them. Ya, good luck in your truth.. It leads to death. So, yah, if your image you see is only found in One version, then it's Not the right image, I promise you. It's a carnal understanding and Satan lead to keep you in the lie. Putting the creation before God. Your knowledge before Gods Truth. Carnal before Spiritual. All religion has it wrong, ALL. Because to say you're a religion is to say you hold the truth and All Others are wrong. Yet in this very judgement says that you don't know truth. Because If you did, you would Know that NO MAN CAN GIVE TRUTH TO MAN. So, by you saying that if you don't believe your truth given to others by YOU. Then your Lost. So, if someone is given truth by God and it goes against your image for Him, then The Spirit Is a Lier? No, your truth is carnal and NOT TRUTH. So, in this ALL religion has it wrong and the truth is Not In them). It's seen by How You Judge. Carnally or spiritually. Because if truth is known, you would know YOU did not find it. It was Given by GOD to you. So, what makes you think YOU can be the One to Tell others and get them to See It or Hear it? You can't. This is why we in TRUTH give the Gospel (spiritual Truth of Jesus the Son of God) and if it's not excepted, its Ok. We don't kill, fight, argue, or anything. We simply dust off our feet and leave. Because YOU can't get them to see ANYTHING. Think about this. Jesus, the WORD itself spoke the TRUTH and Not all believed Him. What makes you think you can do better than the WORD/Image of God Himself explaining TRUTH? You can't, and you understand this, so there is No need to judge physically other sinners like you. Or seek the Best Carnal version or religion. Because I'm At Rest in the truth. I no longer have to defend the Word. The Word is my Defense. and the Truth is my sword. Only God can judge me in this, NO MAN. Because they judge carnally (Something I already know and reject as carnal). It's not me who needs to know your truth. I had it for 40 years in a Baptist religion, who only thought the KJV was the right version. I was Wrong, and now it's You who needs Gods truth he gave to me. You can't judge that which you cannot see. I can, know having knowledge of what's carnal and spiritual. Carnal men only judge other carnal men. I'm no longer interested in Mans image or interpretation of Truth. I'm only interested in Gods. Its then seen in Scripture to give FAITH to the one who Gave it to you to see in the word/physical man (as the spirit will know the Spirit), God). Not the Physical Word, Physical Man, Jesus). But the Spiritual LIFE within the Physical man. The Word that was there in the beginning and will be there in the end.
We can only shine the Truth and leave it to God, to do A work in them. In this is not judgement, because you knew you were lost Also until God opened your eyes. So, too will HE them, if it be His Will. But if you hold to your truth, then DANGER you are in as you blaspheme the Spirit. Because you only have till you die to come to God. God Creates and He makes. We are created, then made in the image of our fathers (Unto death, in carnal understanding). At some point you must repent from your Carnal truth and come to God for His truth. So, He can Make You in His Image, not as Jesus (Perfect Man, Physical Law). But As God in Him, LIFE. Spiritual Truth of the LAW/Jesus/image of God/Word).

I think anyone who teaches Calvinism, especially the stealth infiltrator Calvinist pastor, don't actually know God. And by virtue of them not actually knowing God I think it's safe to say they aren't saved and aren't Christian. After all, Jesus said coming to know God is everlasting life. If you know him you'd reject Calvinism as the wicked, satanic lie it is.

I am glad you disagree with Calvinism. Do you believe there are some real Christians who are truly saved but then got a visit from some Jehovah's Witnesses with their own NWT Bible and resources and as crazy as it sounds, that person ultimately thought what they taught made sense and that Christian converted to their belief system and is now a JW? Or do you believe that conversion is evidence the person was never saved in the first place? If that is your view then likewise no Calvinist is a saved Christian either, but I don't agree with that. Now, to your point. Do you think that person was ever saved to begin with if they are not only converted to JWs, but the person becomes an influential leading voice and pastor in the JW religion?
We may disagree on this point, but I think those who pastor such churches were never saved and I believe they know they are unbiblical and they concoct all sorts of deceptions to convert Christians over to their belief system anyway, and they do it because they are cult leaders who want more cult followers. The same dynamic is true in Calvinism.

Universalism is always false according to Scripture which is the sole basis for truth, so no matter who is promoting universalism, they are all false teachers and don't know or believe in the true Gospel of Christ.

I don’t belong to a “camp”. I was unchurched except for cultural Americanized christianity. I thought I was saved because I was born here. That’s a lie. I began yearning to know God. That was not me. We know that because of Scripture. I went by choice to an SBC church and was gladly taken in with nothing more than a simple profession of faith that I did not even understand. God opened my ears to the the beautiful GOSPEL on His time. Not mine. The LAW convicts the sinner that is in delusion and the GOSPEL becomes GLORIOUS.
That is regeneration. No need for any additional prophets, signs or wonders because the GOSPEL is the power of God unto salvation. Oh glorious repentance - no longer trying to hide my sins but telling my Father how sorry I am and wanting to obey because He loves me and cares about me. Jesus paid for the sun I committed.
I don’t know what kind of camp you’d want to put me in but the constant belittling is tiring. Every false prophet will be exposed.
Jesus Christ is THE Lord. My High Priest. THE Savior. THE KING.

Calvinism is more of an Aberent theology than a Cult. I understand a Cult as a belief that denies the Trinity, the Supreme Deity of Jesus, Heaven and Hell and Grace and not works. Calvinists believe in all that. Calvinists don't have a different plan of salvation, rather a different way of God achieving that plan .

You need to re-read 1 John 3:23- 24. John is speaking to believers in the church. Note what he says at the end of 24 it is the Holy Spirit whom he has given us that we are able to keep the commandments. Stop misinterpreting scripture. You’re using a verse like this to make your point but the verse does not back up your premise.
