chicken pastil /simple recipe na nagtatagal ng ilang araw,so sarap

I just saw this recipe on my notif and tried to make it and I was happy because it was very tasty.and my son really liked it this recipe because of the vinegar it lasts for a few days, it doesn't spoil immediately.try to do it too and don't blame yourself.
CHICKEN PASTIL
mga sangkap;
for boiling chicken breast
👉 water
ginger
onion
salt
pepper
laurel
for the cooking process
👉cooking oil
onion
garlic
fish sauce
pepper
soy sauce
chicken broth
chicken cubes
salt
vinegar
NOTES;1
❣️the boiled water do not throw it away use it as chicken broth.
NOTES 2.
❣️when putting the vinegar do not mix it immediately .Let it simmer for a few minutes before you stir to prevent it the vinegar is raw.
