  • The benefits of ethanol based fuel and flex fuel tuning are countless. The COBB CAN Gateway, CAN Ethanol Content, and CAN Fuel Pressure inputs make tuning a 2015-2021 WRX on Flex Fuel a plug-and-play affair.

    Will Accesstuner be available again to everyone now that this is available? Or will I still have to register as a pro garage to tune my own car with an accessport?

    So this is just a way for people to go greenspeed compatible flex without a custom tune on 15-21wrx? Are there other advantages to the can gateway?

      You would not be able to use our supporting OTS Maps unless the required parts configuration is the exact same. For other setups, you would need to have a custom tune made by one of our Protuners. - Marshall@COBB

      lol it’s wild I’ve had a flex fuel built block stage 2 iag 2018 VA WRX making 400/400 back in 2021. Put over 15k into that build..
      I now have a 2022 VB WRX with transmission stability and intake side mods (ets intake, Perrin turbo inlet & diverter valve) making 320/350, spent just under 1500$ on that… if I pop E in there I’ll be damn near 380/400…..
      That’s why VA owners hate the new WRX, and if I still had my VA I would be butt hurt too.

    • @jstanhope77
      @jstanhope77 Месяц назад +1

      @@CasualVII i like mine for a couple of reasons. This CAN system allows me to safely run e85 thru the system as well as pump gas. I like to run different mixtures every so often to help clean out some deposits that may be there. Also, if running ethanol fuel, it is important to run pump gas thru regularly to burn off some of the water that may be in the system. For me it has worked out pretty good; however, i will say it is on the pricey side. I have had good experience with the Cobb OTS maps and a really good experience with COBBs customer service.
