Best review of the Revlon I've seen. And you taught me something about pulling the hair forward to get that lift - very clever! I will definitely give that a try when I'm next blowdrying my hair.
Aw I'm glad I could help!! Its definitely a game changer! And thanks for watching and commenting! :)
Go watch Milabus, that's another good like this one and she even compares it with Dyson air wrap
Very impressive!
THANK YOU! This is the kind of review I wanna see, somebody with hair like mine!! Frizzy, curly and with corse hair strands 🙏🏻
I've had mine for almost a year and I love it. I get the same results as you do, the bounce, volume, and that slight curl at the ends. It enhances the hair cut I have and I just love how my hair looks after. i always dry it in the opposite direction of where the hair will be to add more volume.
Thanks for sharing!! And thank you for watching! :)
Best review I've seen for women who have thick, frizzy and extremely curly hair, as I do as well. I'm getting tired of the flat iron and the time it takes added onto having to blow dry first and the damage it causes. Ur review has sold me on this product and I will be making a purchase. Ur hair came out absolutely beautifully and with such body but without that frizz. THANK YOU!!!
Did you buy it? Is it worth it? Should I get the knock off brand? I can’t afford the revlon right now
I’ve been really contemplating to buy this brush because I have very thick and pretty long hair and I always struggle with finding a good tool to blow dry it. Thanks to you I’m going to buy it!
Girl..I know what you mean! You're so welcome! I still use it to this day!
I LOVE mine, but hint...use on mostly dry hair. And a spray on heat protector
I have never been so jealous of someone’s hair as I am with yours. Perfect!!! ❤️
I finally bought this the other day & I wanted to see if it worked on my long, thick wavy hair & im so glad I did, I blow dried my hair for 10 minutes first before using this & my hair is amazing, it only took 20 minutes to do my whole head & usually it takes forever because I dry it fully first & then do the the blow out technique with my straightener after, this dryer saved me an hour on my time & I’m in love with how my hair turned out it’s so smooth & soft!!
You give me 90s CUTE CUTE GIRL vibes 😊 you’re so pretty and great review 👍
Thank you so much!! :) PS...i miss the 90s!
Thank you! Been using revlon brush for year and half... Although I loved it, I still couldn't figure out to make my hair look how I wanted (just how you described, volume bounce). I used your technique of starting top down and holding down with a pony tail. I also used cool shot to seal hair. THIS DID IT! My hair texture is very similar to yours so YES👌🏼. Thanks for this video. Loved my brush before, now I'm even more obsessed.
hey sis can you tell how long it stays straight
@@riyaravi1582 solid week when done right and using the hair products I typically use.
Oh my god, your CURLY hair--goals. Leave it natural!
I'm trying to embrace the curls....its a struggle for me! HAHA But thank you!
LoveAliciaMarie it is absolutely gorgeous, I hope you can embrace it soon haha! You have the curly hair that my curly hair WANTS to be, but lacks the volume and uniformity lol
@@LoveAliciaMarie the amount of times us curly haired girls have heard this in a lifetime... 😂😂 leaving it natural and trying to avoid frizz is more work than styling it 😭
Best tutorial on Revlon brush. Thank you for sharing your secrets ❤️ . This video deserves million views .
Thank you so much 😀 and glad it was helpful!
I love how you told SPECIFICLY HOW YOUR HAIR TEXTURE IS instead of just saying I have curly hair period , beat review out here thank you!!!! Your hair is gorgeous btw 💘💘💘
Watched dozens of videos and this for sure is the fastest and best technique that I’ve tried, thank you!
Glad it helped!
I first learned about drying your hair from top to bottom from the French hair guru, Sarah Anguis. I love that method too ❤️ your hair looks amazing!
Thanks for sharing!! Ill have to check her out!
yeah me too. its easier
That looks 100% amazing! I've been watching these videos to try and find someone who does an excellent job and gives great tips and this is the best video I've watched! Your hair has great volume and good end results! I'm definitely gonna watch more of your videos!
You are so welcome! This was definitely a game changer for me with my type of hair texture! I'm glad you enjoyed and thanks for watching! :)
Your natural hair is so perfect and you did a great job with the Revlon tool.
Thank you so much! And thanks for watching! :)
Agreed with the comment Alicia left here. I find it’s helpful if my hair is 80-ish% dry. Rough dry with a regular drier if needed. Then I brush through it to get all the knots out. Then section the hair. Then I brush each section before going in with the tool. It works really well and very fast. Hope that helps!
So stunning!!!
It has been sitting in my closet because i just felt like it wasn’t going to work for my hair. I have the same hair as you except it’s wavy. I used it the other day and i fell in love!!
I used it today on fully dry hair. It was very good. And it was less breakage. Oh and I washed my hair last night, and let it dry naturally 😊
Thank you so so much for this video. I literally followed along with you just now while doing my hair with the Revlon brush and my hair looks AMAZING. I was never able to get my hair looking good with the brush and I thought that that's just how my hair wants to be.
Edit to add: I have 3A 3B high porosity hair and my hair is looking SMOOTH after doing this
Just a couple tips, never ever blow dry hair when it’s wet, only damp. Let it air dry. Also, never start a blow out from the top. It makes it unnecessarily difficult and especially with curly hair, you’re going to get the dry parts damp and curly.
Thank you for the tips! :)
Yes! Whenever I go to the salon, they start at the neck and work to thr front
@@panda5122 honestly its all preference I start at the front sometime when the hair is thinner just because the front dries faster.
Thank you!
Agree 100%
U r giving me 90s New Jersey vibes and i love it!!
LOVE the 90s!!!!!! :)
Hells yeah!! Jersey Girl graduated 95' '96
Wow! Your natural hair is GORGEOUS!!!!! and it suits you so well!!
Thank you so much!!
i agree with you 100%!! people with fine or thin hair should not be using the high setting and should always use some sort of oil or heat protectant, i've been seeing a lot of bad reviews on this product about tiktok but it's usually coming from people who do have fine or thin hair and they are using the high setting which they should especially if their hair is thin straight.
Great demo. That tip of blowing forward / cooling shot is everything. I have this brush and can’t wait to try your technique. I think of it as British Classy ( Kate Middletons) hair
Glad it was helpful!!!! :)
hii girl, just wanted to say thank you for making this video I have wanted to do my hair like this but didn't know how! If you don't like your hair natural I would recommend the girly girl method. it really works sooo good. And if you don't want dry frizzy curls I don't recommend drying your hair in a towel it dries it out. Use a microfiber towel instead and scrunch your hair dry with it :)
*curly girl
I have been trying the curly girl method, but not sticking to it 100%....its so hard for me to love my curls!! LOL
Omg how did I miss this video?! This tool is LIFEEE
HAHA! I haven't stopped using it! I'm hooked!
My hair is exactly like yours so this is super exciting to watch. I can't wait to get mine. I was struggling with should I purchase it because I had only seen it used on straighter or finer hair, so woohoo I'm pumped now, thank you for your video!
My curls are trash but if they looked like yours I would never straighten it. Don't get me wrong, your hair looks phenomenal straight as well but it's so gorgeous in it's natural state!
Thank you. Finally someone with my kind of hair. Can you tell me what I should apply before using it. I bought the product 3 days ago and was not successful in doing do. I guess , will watch your video again and try again. Your video gave hope.. I thought if returning it.
Hi! I always use a heat protectant and a frizz serum to help the brush glide through the hair easily and help with my frizz. I also tried applying a blowout cream for smoother results, but I prefer a frizz serum since its lightweight. Hope this helps!
Your natural hair is beautiful. Mine is similar but I always straighten it because it gets full of knots if I leave it as natural curly/wavy
Volumizes thin wavy hair for anyone curious. New sub here! Good job!
I love your hair! I wish I could have this much volume :o
Your review made me purchase one on Amazon. I have hair just like yours and I loved the final result! Looks beautiful!!
Hope you like it!
By seeing your after result reaction I was like I'm not wanna wait for anything just order it
Yow, girl! That tip pulling the dried hair to the front 😍🤩👌🏽 Premium stuff! Many thanks!
You're so welcome! Glad you tried it! Game changer!
I just bought mines and I receive it tomorrow, I can’t wait to try it and try this trick 😍😍😍😍😍
OMG!!! I think Revlon must use you as a their commercial model!!!
PShhhh...i wish! haha but thank you! :)
Your hair is so beautiful! My hair is curly like yours and it used to be so long. I did blowouts like this all the time but a few years ago I tried the curly girl method and I haven’t turned back! Your curls look like the same pattern as mine, so I would LOVE to see you try the curly girl method in a video! 😍
Samantha Ireland Thank you! 🙏🏼 i always wanted to try the curly girl method! I might give it a shot and see what the results are like! Thank you for the recommendation!!!
Just ordered one! looking forward to trying it and seeing what it's like on my hair!
Hope you enjoy it as much as i do! :)
Omg ur hair is so beautiful natural also beautiful styled. Definitely gives me 90’s vibes.
Omg, I love you!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
Also, your energy and vibe totally resembles Donna from Suits and I completely agree with your tip of pulling hair to the front, it has served me volume for many years!❤️❤️❤️
I just wanna say again that I love you a lottt, generally speed up the playback but genuinely watched your entire video without doing that ❤️❤️❤️❤️ your energy is sooo welcoming!🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️
I really liked this video. And your natural hair is gorgeous!
Thank you so much!!
If I had your hair I would be thrilled. The curls are gorgeous.
Thanks! :)
Your hair came out great! And your natural curly hair is also super pretty! I'd love to see what your curly hair routine is if you have one.
Coming soon!
Thank you so much for this vid!! So bored of my curly hair and can’t wait to try something new
Yay! You're welcome!
Your hair is beautiful like it is naturally.
Thank you so much
That volume is gorgeous! 😍
Thank you! I normally wear my hair natural & it's like yours, thick, curly, & frizzy. I'm trying it best wash.
I love your hair! I need to practice more bc my hair did not come close to this when I tried my new Revlon drying brush last night. It was a frizzy mess. Thanks for the tips.
Girl, you got this! I swear its all about "technique"
Thanks for sharing, i am in the same boat. I thought my hair is damage or this brush isnt good. But i think its me, i need to practice the technique
I wish someone taught me this when I was younger 😍
Right!?!
I guess better late than never! LOL I'm glad this was helpful though! Thanks for watching! ❤️
@@LoveAliciaMarie Aaaaah your so pretty 💗 Thanks for the content 💕💕
I can’t take my eyes off your beautiful hands though it’s a hair video. 🤩🤩 I love those bangs 4:30-4:35
haha thank you!! :)
I bought one from Walmart the day after Christmas, the box was designed for holiday theme. I bought it 70% off on sale!!!!!
My favourite brush so far! From 2 years 😍❤
Same!!! :)
Your hair is beautiful! Thanks for this review!! I'm really going to consider this product now!
Girl, I love this dryer! My hair is also wavy and thick and this leaves it soft and beautiful!! Also, can you do a makeup tutorial of your look? It looks gorgeous!!!😘😘😘
omg i need this!! I find it quite hard to do it with a round brush and blow dryer especially with my thick, frizzy, wavy hair!!
Exactly! Even though I can do it with a round brush and low dryer, this is so much easier and less maneuvering! haha
Great video.Great tips.Pulling your hair forward to create more volume.Would have never thought of that. Will definitely try this trick out.Best tutorial on the product. Now I know how to use my new round brush dryer.
Just ordered one! I wear my hair curly but need a change. Hope it works for me too.
Hope you like it as much as I do! :)
I love this review! This is on my Christmas list for myself this year! 😃 By the way, I love your curly hair!!! 😍
Yay! Thank you! And thanks for watching!!
Gorgeous curly hair 😍 thanks for making this video, you hair looks awesome! That’s exactly how I like my hair too!
Thank you!! 😊
Ummm I know this is a hair tutorial, but your eyeshadow is on point! What color and brand is your eyeshadow? 😍
Oh thank you! pretty sure its the Morphe X Jaclyn Hill vol II eyeshadow palette. Shades grateful, feelin myself both in the4 crease with GRWM (shimmer) on the lid. Lilly lashes in Hollywood :)
The best way to make our hair... thank you sweet girl... love from Greece!!!
Definitely loved the review and how you taught it! Exactly what i have been looking for. Thanks for sharing the tip for lift. I always wanted to get one like that. Super excited to try this out soon😍
Glad it was helpful! And thanks for watching!
I’m here to say, I love your technique … it works, I don’t have revlon yet but I used instyler and it worked … thank you
hair and makeup you look like your back from the 90's 😍😍😍😍
Love that! Thank you!
It totally works, I use it before the flat iron because it like a sleeker look
Yo lo tengo! Sí alacia el cabello muy rizado. Me tardo como 10 minutos.
Pero antes hay que poner crema para peinar y un aceite para que no se esponje.
My hair is slightly less curly than yours and I get very similar results with this drying brush, just be super careful bc it caused some breakage on the front sections of my hair especially. It may be bc I didn't section properly but I've seen other people also get breakage with this tool so just a heads up.
thank you for sharing and letting us know!! :)
I had the same reaction as you did when I used this brush for the first time!
Thank you for the tip on drying the hair forward for get volume. Wanna try that next time!
I bought this & while the top of my hair got straight & looked good, my ends didn’t straighten all the way & were wavy looking. Also my hair got really frizzy, I’m gonna keep practicing until i get the hang of it & manage to straighten my ends. If anyone has products they recommend for frizz please let me know
Can u tell us pls if the results got better or not? I'm wondering whether i should buy it or not. Thank u
OMG, you are SO BEAUTIFUL! I love my revlon hair dryer as well, it's great :)
Thank you so much!! I love mine too! :)
Great tutorial. And agree, I absolutely hate the control.
I really loved your technique OMG I tried your last step and I love it 🥰
I'm so glad!
Thank you for your tutorial! I’ve been contemplating getting this, but with the thickness of my hair, the length, texture, etc. I wanted to do some research before I spend the money on a product that may not be what I’m looking for. You & I have nearly the same type of hair, except my hair is quite a bit longer and my hair is a combination of curly/wavy with more wave towards the front, whereas you have amazing curl throughout. You should be proud and rock it more often, it’s gorgeous! 😊 That’s being said, your video shows me that the “look” I want to achieve can be done with this tool...The volume & slightly curled ends 🤩
My only concern is that it may take longer than my current routine, which I’m actually hoping to cut down.
Can you give me an idea of how long it takes you on average [when not stopping throughout to give tips lol] using this dryer & getting similar results?
It took me about 20-25 minutes with no interruptions :) It takes less time than my old routine using a blow dryer and a round brush. Hope this helps!
I’ve been thinking about this. You have curly thick hair and it’s smooth, my hair is fine 1B so I’m pretty certain I can get smooth results too.😀
I have it and I love it 🥰🥰😍😍 don't use my regular blower no more
Vannesa Vazquez i’m right there with you now!!! 🤣
I love your natural hair! So gorgeous!!
your hair is so so pretty with the curls!
Finally someone has my hair
Girrrl your hair came out niiiiice 🙀
your hair is beautiful before and after! The item looks to work very well!
A fellow curly haired girlllll i want to buy it soo badly after watching this 😍😍✨
Is on sale right now on Walmart and target for $41.99. They price match at the store.
1982dbunny thank you so much! 💕
God blessed you with amazing hair. Thanks for sharing your impressions of this product.
Thoroughly enjoyed your video. Gave me great tips to try when I get my one step dryer. I have naturally curly hair and want to see how this dryer will work for me. Thanks! You're a beautiful young lady!
Glad it was helpful! And i hope you like it as much as i do! Thanks for watching! :)
Wow love your makeup gal.. u rock especially the way u do your hair I bought the knock off revlon it's been a week and the bristles bent and my hair smells like burnt so I decided to buy the original it came today cant wait to try it!
You are so beautiful and your hair is gorgeous. I'm getting that hair dryer for sure☺️
Yass! Thank you, I’m always on the hunt for review videos before purchasing a product and this is the first time i see someone with similar hair type!!
Glad it was helpful!
LoveAliciaMarie I just purchased it two days ago and I love it!
Thank you so much for posting this! I have similar hair and have been thinking about purchasing this for a while and this video convinced me to get it! 💙
Glad it was helpful!
I love your hair its just like mine! You're making me want to buy one. Like you I also like a bit of volume when its straighter. When my hair is straight and flat it doesn't suit me!
Same! I think we are used to volume since we have curly hair! I cannot pull off the sleek look at all! LOL
@@LoveAliciaMarie no me either!! 😅
I love how you do your hair. The entire process is different to how I do it. I dont have a lot of volume but im going to try your tips and i fee like it will honestly change my life.
Tying the hair until it cools to the front is a game changer! Let me know how it goes!!! :)
I love this I have this I have curly hair and I use it on wet hair ...... I love how easy and fast it is I got it i the Walmart store for 52 dollars best purchase I ever made.
Jenny Eby couldn’t agree more my friend! 😃
Your natural hair is just perfect!
Thank you! :)
@@LoveAliciaMarieIs this revalon is fake or not? How much for this? How can buy the orginal one ?
Omg your hair gorgeous naturally
Bought one yesterday, I love it.i have same hair. Dries so fas
Loved loved loved the end result! Hair looks flawless! 😍
Can you please tell me how long you think it will last? In a very humid environment..? Because everytime I iron my hair, it vanishes within 2 hours and my curly hair is back! It is such a headache!
Love the results on your hair! Been wanting to have this revlon tool ❤️
It's so good!
Thanks for your review I hope I will get same your result when I will use it 😊
Hi! Your hair looks so good both natural and blow dried! Do think that using the revlon brush accelerates the process compared to a regular blow dryer? Thank you so much for the review xx
Very nice love it that is how I love my hair also. Thanks for the tip. ❤
