    0:56 standing - place both feet at hip width apart (to extend/open up body to appear confident)
    2:20 more elegant/feminine stance - put two feet together, one foot behind another, ball of front foot touching middle of second foot, shift all the weight to back foot, tuck knees in
    4:13 sitting - walk backwards without looking at chair to not break eye contact with person, sit down (use hands to feel chair), when sitting down imagine little kitten behind your back that you don't want to squish, use chair arms to make yourself near back of chair, if no chair arms sit in middle of chair
    6:20 sitting posture - keep head high, chin parallel to ground, for men keep feet slightly apart grounded on the floor and no shaking of the legs, for women same way but keep your feet a bit closer together firmly on the ground
    7:10 more elegant/feminine postures - duchess slant, Cambridge cross, Sussex sit
    7:44 duchess slant - knees together, feet together, incline them to one side or the other
    8:03 cambridge cross - knees together, cross them at ankle but keep feet on ground
    8:27 sussex - cross your legs and then slant them to a side
    9:16 how to pick up dropped items - bend not from your back, bend on your knees (as if sitting down)

    • @shireengool

      @mi su I come from a place where we love our perfumes and we use loads of them, the stronger the perfume the more compliments you will get, people know I am here from my perfume. Then I moved a country where perfumes are not allowed in public places and all offices, I don't understand why people here are sensitive to perfumes, even when I go shopping I can't find anything strong as we have back there. I miss being able yo use perfumes more freely, but I am so curious to know the science behind people being more sensitive in some parts of the world

    • @Black.Spades
      @Black.Spades 3 года назад +25

      @@shireengool It is more the other way around. Because people use a lot of perfume, they get desensitized for it. So they don't perceive the smell as strong. While people who don't use it often, can get a headache. Too much perfume can be seen sometimes as flamboyant or distracting, so it is not recommended (but not prohibited as far as I know). I know in some countries they might prohibit it because of cultural/religious reasons. A strong smell is then too flashy (for a woman).

    • @Slowburn726
      @Slowburn726 3 года назад +1

      I'm short also so my trick is to keep the front of my foot or toes touching the ground with my ankles crossed and legs slanted. If my knees are tilted to the left my left ankle is behind my right, if I tilt to the right then my right ankle goes behind the left. Only one foot will touch the ground. Another thing I do is to sit a bit more forward in the chair so my feet have a better chance of being flat on the ground. Hope this helps.
