i love getting ready in the morning even tho i'm not going out. it just gives me a motivation boost and makes me feel that i'm ready to deal with the day. personally this is my most favourite part of my morning routine.

Good evening from South Africa, it’s a pleasure sharing your morning with you. I can say waking up at a consistent time really did help my body get used to waking up for work. I got my first job 3 months ago and I can say I’m waking up automatically to do my morning work routine. ❤❤❤😊

I think one of the most helpful parts to me was the idea of being active throughout the day to help us at night, and I think it even applies to digestion too!! Like if you're sedentary most of the day, your food isn't getting digested as well or maybe takes longer, etc.!!! I also really liked the idea of cleaning mirrors as a chore idea to get moving since that is something so easy to forget but fairly easy to do!!! Also I love your background, it was such great lighting and you looked so active and ready to go!!!! 💗💗💗💗💗💗
You are looking lovely, my sweet Biola sister! I praise the Lord that you seem to be thriving. Thank you for a great motivating video. I have been working hard on changing my sleep patterns. I agree with a lot of your recommendations, although I have some slight variations. For example, I don’t work out in the morning. I am double-booked by 7 am (dropping kids off at school AND calling into my first work meeting of the day), so I would have to get up at 4 to work out, shower, get my kids up and ready, and get everyone out the door. It just doesn’t work for my life. My variation on your tip is to make sure to get exercise regularly, because that will help you get good sleep and set your body’s rhythm, and find the exercise routine that works well for your own lifestyle. I take ballet classes twice a week, in the early evenings, so I am able to fit those into my schedule, but I’m not working out too late at night. I also live pretty far north in the US, and in the winter, there is no way to get sunshine in the morning, since the sun isn’t up before I’m at work. I do try hard to get some sunshine and fresh air at some point in the day. One thing I don’t do often enough is to smile in the morning, so I’ll work on that. 😊
These are great ideas! It’s just that my main reason for not waking up is bc my temperature is always so low that it is freezing in mornings, and I never want to get and whyyyy❤
I like having my dog because he needs to go to the park for a walk to potty so I have to wake up and get ready to go with him for a walk there. We both find mental and physical enjoyment there

I think my problem is when I know I don’t actually have to get up early I’ll wait until I know I’m gonna be getting nine hours of sleep to go to bed but then on the days I have to get up at 5:20 I just kind of lie awake for hours until I finally fall asleep because my body thinks I’m going to sleep in.
Turn your light on, go outside and have some caffeine because they are a source of stimulus which finds it easier. But for caffeine ONLY have it AT 3:00 or 3:30 otherwise you struggle to fall asleep.
