Hi from Minneapolis. I have to tell you how grateful I am for this workout. I fell into a huge slump when our city went into shutdown and my Muay Thai gym closed. Over the past month, the only physical activity I did was to move from my bed to my couch and to the fridge. Not only did I lose muscle mass and got pudgy, but the impact on my mood was unbearable. This workout immediately boosted my energy. Within 15 minutes I was dripping sweat and felt the rush of dopamine. I could very tangibly identify the positive effect it had on my mind and body. Well done on designing a fun and impactful workout that can be done solo without any equipment. Thank you!!! I hope you continue to make these 😊
Exercise is medicine for most people. It’s crucial that we take care of or needs during this time. I couldn’t be happier that you found this video. Keep pushing! 🙏🙏
Even after going through the entire video, approximately three times a week for the past two weeks, I have never been able to perform the prescribed number of reps. I'm always whipped at the end. I love it.
You guys have the best energy. I keep coming back to these videos since Ireland is in lockdown again. Miss hitting pads but these videos kick my butt. Thanks so much!
I think they do that because its like a psychological trick of encouragement, basically it tries to stop you from giving up by saying 'just a little further'
I can’t believe I found this channel. I live in southern Ontario and our coach has move on in life. I am so happy for him but I miss Muay Thai. When this pandemic is over I’m coming to one of your classes. Thank you so much for this content.
I will attempt this very soon. If I manage to complete at least half the workout with good form, I will be proud of myself. These two are in excellent condition 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I want to complete it full force!
3/17/23 First time attempted. Honestly I'm impressed I'm in better condition than I tought. Besides a few more pauses to breath and a few less reps here and there, I nailed it! This will be added to my worklist to do at least twice a week. They way it targets the upper part and lower part is amazing and I feel great. Will keep updating on progress.
am 47 do sport since all my life different kinds of. but have bad knee problem which prevents me from doing lots of cardio training jumping so much stuff so much needed especially during these covid times when gyms and pools are closed. i hope i can find a solution or is really bad like this..................or i was doing this no probl at all. love it hope i can manage soon
I’m starting to love this channel! I saw the 90 day challenge then I see these sets of videos. Which series of videos should I practice first before moving on the the next series? The conditioning series or the 90 day challenge?
Amazing workout! I may have missed a few reps but followed along pretty well for a beginner. Thanks for posting! Definitely a lifesaver during pandemic times.
Holy crap that was a grueling! I thought I was in better shape. Thank you for this video. I'm def gonna do this again tomorrow to keep up. Btw the first song in the workout was nice what's the name of it. It's the one before xxxtencaion. New subscriber here
Done it (badly!) twice this week. Really good lockdown workout. I'm going to do it again on saturday over zoom with a bunch of students from our club. Great work guys!
A full marathon is easier for me than this routine. Thank you so much for this amazing workout coach!! I absolutely loved it and can't wait to try it again in a day or so!
Sir, could you tell me how to do this workout? There are 8 videos in the playlist. Is it for 8 days? Or do I have to repeat each video over several days?
Hi, I have to organize a 20 minute drill for my Kru for a high intensity session (I'm assisting for the first time) and this is a huge help for some ideas!
Damn, this whooped my ass. even after being confused at some of the workouts initially and accidentally getting that extra rest xD will do multiple times per week.
Any chance you guys can fix the audio (starting at 15:40)? I love the videos and use them 4-5 times a week. I'm sure other would truly appreciate it : ) thanks for what you're doing!!
What happened to the audio at 15:40-19:32? I was following along then there was only music and I couldn’t just listen to the verbal prompts and counts. Done this great workout over a month ago and the audio was fine.

the fact that he says this is the routine the fighters use is very motivating. trust me it brings out the motivation in us to be better.
Burnt out after 15 mins wish I’d discovered this at the start of lockdown
The push ups were hard for me, I am somewhat of a runner so the last part was a little easier
you and me both

One of the best, if not the best, short Muay Thai training routines.
great work out, i nearly died. A cooling down session with stretching in the end would be great.
noted :)
Oh my god I thought I was getting in shape till I tried this! Feel like I just found the big league. Killer work out, my goal is to smash this 💪💪💪
When you get to that point you'll know you're in great shape!
Lol you tricked me man ..with your "almost there".Can't beleive it worked every single time. Great work out..new subscriber in the block
"Almost there" 20 more. "Almost there" 20 more. "Almost there" 20 more. "Last set". "20 more and you're done. 20 more. Ok last one......

@@foxy916 its a shame that it doesnt always work and people only have a limited amount of mental energy and lying to them just makes it worse
@@sowmyaiyer743 it's not that deep, doesn't he say to have a little break if you can't do any more
😂
Done and appreciated! Please do more with more muay thai combos!!

I can’t wait to have you!
I love how you push us to keep going. I will be implementing this into my weekly routine to mix in some HIIT as well as steady state cardio.
Landon Clements that sounds like a solid plan. If you can add a bit of strength work to that overall program for maintenance, you’ll be all set!
I will attempt this very soon. If I manage to complete at least half the workout with good form, I will be proud of myself.
