It would be great if you could leave the small instruction labels, which you include at the start of the exercises, while the exercises are going on, especially for the combos. This would be great for the beginners like me :) Thank you!

    Thank you for the great videos Kru! For the record, it's Steve who used to wipe the mats and clean the mirrors in your place.       When it comes to burning fat, there are no shortcuts. You need to eat appropriately (be in a deficit) and exercise regularly. These HIIT exercises will benefit more when it comes to Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). This helps burn more calories post workout.

    Really loving thz series coach..today I graduated frm part 1...looking forward fr thz part 2...one q about the breathing...is there a pattern in which thz fighters breathe that makes them more resistant to fatigue(i notice the breathing sound especially in half spring up in part 1)...I tried to copy bt failed horribly 😆

      Depending on your weight, height and age, and if you can complete it in 30 minutes without breaks close to 300-400 calories

    Awesome workout! But how is it 30 minutes if it's 26? Just as the previous one. Maybe there is some implied rest time between circuits?

      As you add volume week to week it ends up being closer to 50 minutes. Look to the description in the next 2 days for the volume increase 💪🏻

      I think it's as good for Muay Thai as the other MMT series "Fuel Your Fight". It looks like Montrait has just rebranded this one as "fat burn". =) And this workout is a really tough one!

      Hey Tora, this series are meant to be a complete workout plan for 90 days. The other series like Fuel Your Fight are separate workouts with no plan.

      Hi Anvar, you can start out with whichever you like first. You can try out one of the FYF episodes and once you have enough confidence you can try to complete the 90 day challenge.
