When it comes to burning fat, there are no shortcuts. You need to eat appropriately (be in a deficit) and exercise regularly. These HIIT exercises will benefit more when it comes to Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). This helps burn more calories post workout.

I think it's as good for Muay Thai as the other MMT series "Fuel Your Fight". It looks like Montrait has just rebranded this one as "fat burn". =) And this workout is a really tough one!
Hi Anvar, you can start out with whichever you like first. You can try out one of the FYF episodes and once you have enough confidence you can try to complete the 90 day challenge.

Awesome workout! But how is it 30 minutes if it's 26? Just as the previous one. Maybe there is some implied rest time between circuits?
As you add volume week to week it ends up being closer to 50 minutes. Look to the description in the next 2 days for the volume increase 💪🏻

Hey Tora, this series are meant to be a complete workout plan for 90 days. The other series like Fuel Your Fight are separate workouts with no plan.
