My name is Dmitri, i live on the Gold Coast Australia. I remember a tingling sensation i would experience when i was young, as i grew i found i could trigger the experience when i found the right set stimuli like the tone of a person's voice, gentle massage, watching someone focus on a task. This was before video and internet were in the same thought range. Over time i found and experienced many different situations to learn about all the different triggers for ASMR. I translated that experience & combined some innate ability to help people experience it with the high quality studio recordings to bring the highest quality tingles i can.
ASMR is a tingly feeling the commonly felt in the scalp area and often down the back and other parts of the body. ASMS is commonly experienced through a soft spoken or whispering voice, ear to ear sounds or binaural sounds, watching or experience massage, plus a Variety of sounds like tapping crinkle scratching.
Some of the benefits of ASMR might be sleep relaxation reduce stress and anxiety
I specialize in no talking ASMR video's focusing on ASMR sounds, i try to create different video for all the different preferences people have. Some of my role plays are based in fictional characters like Dr Dmitri & Manwelle
I loved watching massage video to experience ASMR so i like to create video to replicate these experiences with other, like head massage, back massage for total body relaxation.
What is ASMR ? A theory
When your cranial nerves receives information in the form of sight, sounds & Senses your brain may process this information as let us say a "trigger" When you cranial nerves find that perfect combination of "Triggers" it activates the full effect of the parasympathetic nervous system almost like a symphony neurons hitting the perfect note as wave after wave of feelings cascades down the nervous system down the spine and to many parts of the body
I believe it may then releases one or more of: oxytocin, acetylcholine, GABA, Serotonin, endorphins directing into the brain and blood stream Instantly relaxing, clearing cortisol, adrenaline and soothes the body.
There is another side effect of this symphony that it puts the brain into a alpha state and after the person falls asleep allows them to access a deeper delta level state during sleep.
This theory idea was put forward to me by a very special person, i believe they have a insight and understanding of ASMR that even i do not have.

Ikr. Not really whispering, but not really talking. Binaural effects are on point. Always a goal and not just random tapping or something else that has been done already. Just perfect
For real. He’s one of the maybe 3 ASMR creators I keep coming back to and really watch/listen to. Every once in a while I try new stuff, but it’s just always weird mouth sounds, 5 minute videos of a girl randomly tapping and staring at you in a flirty way and other things people now think is "ASMR".

I want you to see this because I hope you continue to produce these videos because they truly do help people and helps me tremendously. You have skill and knowledge in this area that is needed for correct responses from a deep part of our nervous system that people aren't still quite sure why exists, but I think it still adds much meaning, and is something that in this world was quite rare (but is now available instantly via the internet) and it's one of the perfect forms of happiness, it's harmless, no pain or work needed for it, nothing but your attention and free thought that makes it occur naturally. So this is very valuable and holds much potential if societies are capable of attempting asmr in a correct manner.
I know you know all of this but I would like you to recognize that this is a great thing that you are doing for the world and could satisfy the hunger and want for quick, harmless, happiness.

For me, I don't get tingles. Never have. Instead it's like this overwhelming tired sensation and heaviness in my head. I just become super relaxed. Just thought id throw that out there and see if anyone else has that sensation.
Ahh I get so tired during ASMR videos. I almost always fall asleep while watching
I lost the tingles after my first few videos, but I still watch them because of how relaxed and tired they make me! :) you're not alone!
Jenny C. When you lose the tingles the best way to get them back is to take a month long break from ASMR vids. I know it's hard (especially when you need them for sleep) but a long break can re-sensitize you to your triggers

I get tingles only if I participate in the videos (if that makes sense). Like when they say follow the light and I actually follow the light I get tingles, same goes for like cover your right eye, etc. If I'm not watching/participating and just listening I get super relaxed and feel awesome.
For those complaining about ads:
About a year ago RUclips automatically placed ads throughout everyone’s videos. Creators then had to go back through every video and change it back manually. Obviously Dmitri hasn’t been active on his channel and did not do this. RUclips is to blame, not dmitri.
