Jenny C. When you lose the tingles the best way to get them back is to take a month long break from ASMR vids. I know it's hard (especially when you need them for sleep) but a long break can re-sensitize you to your triggers

For those complaining about ads: About a year ago RUclips automatically placed ads throughout everyone’s videos. Creators then had to go back through every video and change it back manually. Obviously Dmitri hasn’t been active on his channel and did not do this. RUclips is to blame, not dmitri.

I love listening to asmr but love watching the visual cues too. Problem with that is I fall asleep too quickly to really benefit from it! Such a great video! 👍
