I always find myself coming back to this video. I suffer from sleep paralysis, I have it multiple times a night, especially right as I’m about to fall asleep. This video is one of the only things that can calm me down enough to actually get some sleep. Thank you for all you do💕
ive had sleep paralysis a few times in my life. first few time i was on my stomach and i felt intensely scared and helpless. the most intense time i was sleeping in my unfinished basement and i was on my back staring at the ceiling . I dont remember if i fell asleep this way, but when i awoke in the paraylsis, my right arm was draped over my neck and i was having a difficult time breathing. I remember seeing a dark shadow at my heads level to the right and hearing what sounded to me like a growling sound however i live close to the road and im unsure if the sound i perceived as a growl in this distorted state was actually just av car going by. regardless that event absolutely terrified me, but i haven't had it since then either. leonidis have you ever had an experience like that under the paralysis ?

ive had sleep paralysis a few times in my life.
first few time i was on my stomach and i felt intensely scared and helpless.
the most intense time i was sleeping in my unfinished basement and i was on my back staring at the ceiling . I dont remember if i fell asleep this way, but when i awoke in the paraylsis, my right arm was draped over my neck and i was having a difficult time breathing.
I remember seeing a dark shadow at my heads level to the right and hearing what sounded to me like a growling sound
however i live close to the road and im unsure if the sound i perceived as a growl in this distorted state was actually just av car going by.
regardless that event absolutely terrified me, but i haven't had it since then either.
