Please do go to the hospital, its worth just getting it checked out. Recently had headaches and managed to stop them by cutting sugar out of my morning meal, and instead drinking unsweetened almond milk (slows blood sugar spike)... though not suggesting that is your situation

Your white button down that crinkles is a huge trigger for me. And the slow delivery of certain words, hand gestures, and mouth noises. I especially love the Tibetan singing bowl you sometimes use. I know that everyone has different preferences and my preference tends toward the videos you make with talking; conducting a focused inspection or exam or when you talk through an unboxing or explaining something like your breakfast video. It can be your regular voice or your even softer, quieter voice, interspersed with whisper, when appropriate. And I cannot deny loving the sounds your shirt makes as you move through the actions of the role-play videos. Your ASMR work has absolutely impacted my life in very beneficial ways. His pace of talking and his cadence really bring me back to his older videos over and over again. I know only one other ASMRtist, Tingle Fix ASMR, who tries to pace herself to a "voice crawl" which is very relaxing.

I downloaded the addon for my computer and am SO relieved to not have sore eyes anymore. I have astigmatism and even with my glasses, using my laptop at night would give me a migraine. The Tall Man says this is his favorite video by far. He loves the first part when Dr. Dmitri massages around the eyes while speaking a low and soft tone. Thrown in with a few whispered "T's", "P's" and "B's" while he talks for a pleasant quiet "popping" sound. The very low light helps immensely. Tingles galore with lots of Zzzzzzz's to follow. Thank you. These always help my migraines. My only trigger is voice and yours helps so much! A real gift to help those with Chronic pain to relax and be almost instantly out of pain and tension. I have autoimmune and APS and with the doctors playing games cutting all pain meds down including for migraines (They constrict the vessels) we really are in dire straights for pain relief!
