Get a blue light filter app. I've been using one for a while now and it makes watching vids at night (ASMR especially) a lot less likely to hurt your eyes.

He had a very soothing hypnosis video I had stumbled on and instantly subbed to him. Honestly, it was through him how I learned about asmr.
