- This is the Parachute Adams. It’s an easy tie and very successful catching all sorts of species of fish. The body of the fly drops a bit below the surface film giving it a unique look, while staying highly visible and buoyant. I have some variants of this fly in stock at my fly shop if you would like to give it a try! #shorts

i don't fish but your voice it's so soothing and calming that's why I'm here lol
Never even knew this was a thing but it’s super dope
Parachute Adam’s, a classic. I got the Wyoming Cutt-Slam in 5 days without switching flies, the dubbing was falling off towards the end from how many fish hit it along the journey!
He got that geographic channel voice. That documentary sounding voice that soothes you into listening. I love this channel, because I am learning to fly fish for the first time. Great channel!
I dont fish, I have no idea why youtube recommended your videos to me, but here I am. And I want to see more lol
Look I dont even fish or know the first thing about it, but you make it still quite interesting
The high vis post material is an awesome touch. I tried this last weekend and it was almost impossible to lose sight of it.
making fly lures is a freaking ART!!!!
One useful twist to this pattern. After securing the hackle take the thread back to the eye. With one hand draw back the hackle to behind the post. Pull the post forwards and secure it at the eye. Then whip finish under the post. This gives the effect of emerger or crippled midge. Great for fishing in a ripple. In smaller sizes I also suggest a quill body with a lightly dubbed thorax. They present in the water with the abdomen submerged. A more natural look for careful trout. Anything from midge, olive, to mayfly can be represented. Just match size, approximate colour and shade.
Omg that feather splayed out soooo neatly! Gorgeous!

Looks to be an Adam.
Never did I think that this would be so satisfying to watch
I've been tying this ever since I bought one 32 years ago. Parachute flies just work. Even in choppy water.
