i get all symptoms and i have purchased my pc before 7 years and never changed harddisk and today my harddisk corrupted completely there wasn't any important data but i lost my windows 10 so i watched this video for future awareness
My PC crashed like several times a few days and after I was working on it, the screen just stopped responding and it turned black and when I restarted it, it showed BSOD(Blue Screen Of Death) and it again went black and said Smart Hard Drive Error.

Hey, kya.. Agar PC kabi kabi apni aup shut down karta hai. Iss mai hard drive kharap hone ki Sam vab ba nahai..?? Mera laptop ka HDD abhi dusra pc mai laga ne ki baad Space show to karta hai lekin kuch bi install nahi ho raha hai.

My laptop hard disk (Hitachi 320GB) makes occasional scratching sound from day 1 but it is working fine since 8 years without any issues or bad sectors. Scratching sound when comes is easily audible in a quite environment. Initially I thought it could be a serious issue but by now I am kind of confident that it is nothing serious in my case.
Then it's not a scratching sound. It is the spinning sound.
@@GEEKYSOUMYA not spinning sound as it comes occasionally for a second, not continuous. I guess its head makes that sound when it comes to its resting position. Recently I have purchased a WD Blue 2.5" and its head also makes weired sounds too. Toshiba 2.5" HDD heads are surprisingly silent imo. Althoug I am talking about the differences which are felt by placing the ear right on the hdd 😀. So 1.5 feet away all sound almost silent.
But that occasional sound from Hitachi drive is louder and audible if you listen to it carefully.

Are you getting a black screen after turning the pc on? If so then put the pc in sleep, not shutdown, sleep. Then take it out of sleep and you will have your pc back in 1-5 seconds
Bro what you saying am using segate hard disk and it is working from 2005 february and till now its working good ...too many time times may be till now i have formated it 30times ...its working nicely ....its more than 15years now 😊its still working ..

You can use a dvd caddy to connect hard disk to laptop and if hard disk work your hdd connector is damaged and hdd fine

Bhai mai ek pc do hard disk use krta main bootable hard disk toshiba ka tha 1 tb ka or ek wd ka tha 160gb toshiba wala spin kr rha h lekin detect nhi kr rha h ...to maine same wahi toshiba ka order kra to wo new wala ek din kaam kiya fir agle din spin kr rha h lekin detect nhi kya problem ho skta h ..?
