Thank You So Much for your help! You solved my problem with your first advice in your video. There was one tiny obstacle that was easy to figure out however. When you started your instructions you said to type in "chkdsk", then space, "g:" but didn't say to type in "space" again after "g:" so, I had the prompt typed in as chkdsk g:/f without the space between g: and /f. It was typed in like this chkdsk g: /f /x and as you say in your video "to follow the instructions closely" and it didn't work. I did retype in the instructions but this time with the space in between "g:" and "/f" like this, chkdsk g: /f /x, and it worked. Thank you again. I appreciate this very much!

Help! For some reason my Command prompt says "Users/Mikayla>" where yours says "Windows/system32" and after i typed your promt exactly it did not do anything.

@@Flash-ComputerUPDATE! IT WORKED! I just missed your part about right clicking and "run as administrator". After I ran your suggestions, it asked if I wanted to "Repair Drive", I clicked ok and it worked 2 mintes later with all my saved data.

If you're having trouble, make sure to r. click run as admin on the control prompt option. When it's finished, take it up on it's telling you to repair drive, and you'll keep all your data.

I did as u said but it's saying the first ntfs boot sector is corrupt and unreadable.
And the second ntfs sector can't b run cuz its write protected

BE CAREFUL. I've run this and I could INDEED access my HD, but several files were deleted and it got all disorganized, since all my files went to a FOUND.000 (invisible) folder.
