After converting it said to restart. I restarted and then it shows: No bootable devices -- strike F1 key to retry boot, f2 to run setup utility. Press F5 to run diagnostic. I have 500 gb HDD and 128 gb SSD. I don't want to lose my drives. Please help me. Is it also a CMOS battery failure sign?

If I again turn the UPS off and the on it then the PC boots properly. I have also tried this process without UPS and also by manually connecting the boot switch. The result is same.
