Two options here: 1. Upgrade the size of your power wire for the boost a pump. 2. Ditch the boost a pump and get a set of replacement fuel pumps, walbro or aeromotive. I personally would go with option #2 as I’ve always personally felt boost a pumps were just a bandaid to the need of some aftermarket pumps.
My 2016 gt 727 roush charged burnt a piston after a long trip mine still has stock roush fuel rail and injectors . It didn't burn the piston on the way there after the long trip it burnt it about a 150 miles into the trip on the way back with no kind of signs of fuel loss or anything.Ford has gone above and beyond for me and have tested and sent data logs up the yingyang to roush but Neither has figured out y its doing this so next step replace pcm.Will keep everybody updated with what fix is hopefully.Im thinking the baps are causing this also!

I have been building engines from 15 years old and I'm 42 years old now. I don't think your loosing 175 horsepower from the flywheel to the wheels. Not on that car with that engine. I think for the horsepower level your reaching for you will need a bigger in tank fuel pump with a larger diameter fuel line to flow the volume you need. You can put the largest pump in the world on your car and you will only get what the diameter of the fuel line can support. I love the car though.
not sure about pump volume but do think line restriction is the prob,,told him to run pressure gauge at both end of line,,ifin the pump drops them pump is problem but if only fuel rail drops line problem,,may even be a fitting,,
Ian williams working with AN fitting you have to check the inner diameter of that fitting because if you run a 1/2" fuel line and a 3/8ths AN fitting then your still restricting the fuel flow.
It amuses the hell out of me when people make wild claims of it would have made this, or it would have made that at the engine. Well for starters you don't drive just the engine do you?, so what it makes at the engine is completely irrelevant. If you want to have a bigger number so you can brag to your friends it made a bigger numbers, then take the engine out of the car and put it on an engine dyno, and presto no more wild pie in the sky guessing. Besides what use is an engine hp number anyway, it is an antiquated method of measurement from back in the days before chassis dynos. That's like saying I don't have a million dollars, I have this many pounds, shillings and pence, completely useless in the modern world.
Fire that tune shop! Why keep finishing the pull or doing multiple pulls when the car is leaning out! You're lucky the shop didn't melt or blow the engine. The booster pump isn't helping much and you just need a beefy fuel pump.
Get a larger pump and a larger fuel line. Bigger pumps can only push what a fuel line will allow. Also a little old school trick for ya. Look into a dry ice canister for your fuel line. Cold fuel improves your horsepower. Also my old man used to run a untouchable 64 barracuda and he’d up his octane by putting 1 mothball in his fuel tank for every 12 gallons he put in. I personally run a 66GT coupe with a 474hp 289 and my latest is my 92 GT hatchback. So from me to you great car you have but don’t ever forget where hot rods started. Old school always has tricks up their sleeves to be passed down. Good luck bro.
A supercharger job is never just a supercharger job. Typically a 4-5 part job. 1. Supercharger (and related parts). You have the ability to cram air. Now you need access to air to cram the air into the engine. 2. Intake/throttle body. Now you've got air going in, but it needs somewhere to go. Naturally, that leads to 3. Exhaust. Aside from performance gain, it's fun and loud. Fairly easy work too. 4. Now that your engine's respiration is set up, it needs the ability to inject enough fuel to justify the other upgrades.
850hp on Stock fuel system? Oh ya no problem.... For a Freaking Bugatti!!! Don't take your car back to a tuner willing to do that to your car! This is what's wrong with hotrod shops these days. They throw on an oversized supercharger to a stock motor, and tell the customer it's 850hp, all for only $5000-$6500 and that's all you'll need... Nobody who's serious about their car uses boost-a-pumps! Consumers need to know more about their cars and not be so horsepower hungry. 850hp on that basically stock car is ridiculous.

You're gonna have to, at least, do a cam and you'll have to crack the motor for forged internals to get to 850 buddy. But for what it is it's still very impressive !! I mean 624 RWHP !! That's awesome !! My car had a leaning out issue the tune before the last one so my Tuner aborted immediately. He installed the Lingerfelter booster and of course bigger injectors and corrected the issue. Now I've got a nice fat safe tune at 620 RWHP. You'll get it and it's gonna be bad ass !! Love your stuff !! Keep it up !!

llshamelessll. Well considering his fuel pressure went way down instead of up under load, I'd bet good money things that shouldn't glow red hot, were glowing red hot. Piston and ring damage are guaranteed in ultra lean conditions even with forged parts. His AFR should be no lower then 13.2 to 1 ever during WOT and that's the ragged edge. By the sound of things and without them actually testing or showing the AFR, I'd guess it hit around 22 to 1. So those valves might be on their way out now. A good safe N/A tune will keep his AFR @ 12.5 to 1 on pump gasoline. That tuner is going to kill that beautiful car. Sad day.

All the engines I build would never ever be on a power run until fueling is right, quickest way to lunch a motor! I use 2 gauges, pressure and flow.You can have high pressure and still minimal flow if the injector pulse is to narrow.Spend the money getting this right or you have just built a grenade! Hate to see it lunch itself.

Fergmyster you must not own a firearm or you’d know that the only holster that works well in a car is one that goes on your hip, which wouldn’t be concealed or with a shoulder holster. Which again, without a jacket, would be visible. Using a pocket holster I have to put mine in the glovebox, I don’t like putting it inside the door. To each his own though.

Great car still very powerful not running at it's best. This just shows you what you will have when you get a better fuel system and possibly some injectors. I ain't going to run you down that car is way better than anything I have. I am sitting on a 99 SHO taurus and a old school big block ford that needs a vehicle. Heck I will trade you even up! LOL
tdej80 I had an 89 sho 5 speed that was a beast. It took about six grand in aftermarket add ons and the right tires up front we had it running 10-80s all night long. For fun we would go out 4 deep with my then girlfriend driving we would challenge mustangs and other cars to race and 9 out of ten times she would smoke them and we would make fun of the ones who just got whooped by a chick in her grandmas car..

Ellenor Malik That engine and tranny are shoehorned into the car. It was a trick in itself for the factory to get a V8 into a car that small. I would not know where to begin to try and get a turbo or a blower under the hood. The blower route would be very tricky because the engine revs 8 grand and that would blow the belt away not to mention the engine has a high compression ratio and hitting it with boost at low revs would likely blow a piston. NOS would be the best option considering the space restraints. There is just no room for an inter cooler big enough to do any good or all the piping.
It’s a learning experience. Believe me most people come in wanting all this crap done but don’t want to pay for the other related and much needed systems.
Adam its alright. He could port the heads swap cams and many other things to get there. Although that takes him off the parking lot and into a shop to do that type of work.
I don't know what type of research you've done, but it is absolutely necessary to put a larger set of injectors and fuel pump on this beast. Boost a pump will eventually burn up that stock fuel pump. Get a proper fuel system for this thing before you melt a piston.
Ah, I was expecting 730 or something close on the wheels. I'm not sure if it's just the fuel it's scoring pretty low for that amount of pressure, not that I know much about coyotes, but still looks rather low, check everything that you can because there is something wrong for sure. After all those upgrades it almost gets to what it was stock on the lowest. 624whp should be a bit over 710hp, that is solid, but still I'd expect something like 720whp on the lowest. Hope you sort this out fast and see what it can actually do :)
Raph ll 100% a fuel issue. He’s essentially stock fuel system aside from injectors and a BAP, which was probably good for it the way it was when he just bought it but to make any real power like he wants, it’s gotta go to make place for the big boy parts

I'd bet it would run better without the boost a pump. I've had nothing but problems with those things and the factory pumps are more than sufficient to handle your setup. We've ran cars close to 800-1000 HP on factory pumps.
624HP at the wheel does not calculate 800HP at the fly wheel who ever told you that is blowing air up you skirt. Maybe 700HP to 7!0HP at the flywheel MAX if your losing 176HP from the fly wheel to the back tire you have bigger problems than fuel issues. Have dynode a few motors and then dynode rear wheel HP 50HP-75HP is typical loss. depending on Transmission.
Just be happy you have a beautiful car and it runs great, ppl are never happy with what they have im a disabled veteran on fixed income and can only dream to have that car,in all be happy with what we have and that we are alive

LOL fuel starving Engine that s tuned , and keep driving it +continue pulls on dyno, only reson this engine havent Blown up / piston crack is the Quality of the parts inside..+ this wood show up on the First Tune of the engine if it was done propper. you want to keep the engine and have it last a loong time ?? shut it of dont drive it, and get a propper fuel pump in the tank + fuel filter Before even thinking of even starting it. a lean tuned engine can on 5000 rpm go by by in less then a 1/000 sek just becase of its running lean.
You dont drive a half tuned Car that s not proper tuned, you install all the parts and get it to a Dyno, then tune it live on the dyno with all sensors connected to the engine. when they got the warning that engine is hard leaning out under pull on the dyno as hard as it did here, you dont drive it home , as you do not have the fuel to the sylinders to combust /cool em down ,and lubricate as the engine map/program is trying to deliver . so etch sylinder is running way to hot. once you have it tuned right and all is ok... beat the living crap out of it :D ist like driving you car whit no insurance !! smh

Carlos 619 difference between referencing crank HP (which the supercharger companies usually advertise ex whipple says theirs is 825 hp but on a dyno at the wheels they show around 650). Also he was losing fuel pressure big time.

llshamelessll. Well considering his fuel pressure went way down instead of up under load, I'd bet good money things that shouldn't glow red hot, were glowing red hot. Piston and ring damage are guaranteed in ultra lean conditions even with forged parts. His AFR should be no lower then 13.2 to 1 ever during WOT and that's the ragged edge.
By the sound of things and without them actually testing or showing the AFR, I'd guess it hit around 22 to 1. So those valves might be on their way out now.
A good safe N/A tune will keep his AFR @ 12.5 to 1 on pump gasoline. That tuner is going to kill that beautiful car.

All the engines I build would never ever be on a power run until fueling is right, quickest way to lunch a motor! I use 2 gauges, pressure and flow.You can have high pressure and still minimal flow if the injector pulse is to narrow.Spend the money getting this right or you have just built a grenade! Hate to see it lunch itself.

Fergmyster you must not own a firearm or you’d know that the only holster that works well in a car is one that goes on your hip, which wouldn’t be concealed or with a shoulder holster. Which again, without a jacket, would be visible. Using a pocket holster I have to put mine in the glovebox, I don’t like putting it inside the door. To each his own though.

Never use a BAP! Just spend the money on a fuel system.
I've seen too many awesome builds get destroyed by people using BAPs and their engine being destroyed due to leaning out. Keep off the throttle until you get that fueling issue taken care of. Much love homie! @itsjusta6
My Kenne Bell has a BAP and it puts down 703rwhp with ease with just a catback and 11.5 psi.
sadly a BAP is a bandaid, it just over drives a bump and kills it faster.

tdej80 I had an 89 sho 5 speed that was a beast. It took about six grand in aftermarket add ons and the right tires up front we had it running 10-80s all night long. For fun we would go out 4 deep with my then girlfriend driving we would challenge mustangs and other cars to race and 9 out of ten times she would smoke them and we would make fun of the ones who just got whooped by a chick in her grandmas car..

Ellenor Malik That engine and tranny are shoehorned into the car. It was a trick in itself for the factory to get a V8 into a car that small. I would not know where to begin to try and get a turbo or a blower under the hood. The blower route would be very tricky because the engine revs 8 grand and that would blow the belt away not to mention the engine has a high compression ratio and hitting it with boost at low revs would likely blow a piston. NOS would be the best option considering the space restraints. There is just no room for an inter cooler big enough to do any good or all the piping.

I don't know what type of research you've done, but it is absolutely necessary to put a larger set of injectors and fuel pump on this beast. Boost a pump will eventually burn up that stock fuel pump. Get a proper fuel system for this thing before you melt a piston.
Ah, I was expecting 730 or something close on the wheels. I'm not sure if it's just the fuel it's scoring pretty low for that amount of pressure, not that I know much about coyotes, but still looks rather low, check everything that you can because there is something wrong for sure. After all those upgrades it almost gets to what it was stock on the lowest. 624whp should be a bit over 710hp, that is solid, but still I'd expect something like 720whp on the lowest. Hope you sort this out fast and see what it can actually do :)
Raph ll 100% a fuel issue. He’s essentially stock fuel system aside from injectors and a BAP, which was probably good for it the way it was when he just bought it but to make any real power like he wants, it’s gotta go to make place for the big boy parts

You definitely need some aftermarket fuel injectors. U need some "Bosch 2200s". Its running lean cuz ur running stock injectors
It's not the injectors, its the fuel pump and supply pipes which can't keep up with the power its trying to get.

I'd bet it would run better without the boost a pump. I've had nothing but problems with those things and the factory pumps are more than sufficient to handle your setup. We've ran cars close to 800-1000 HP on factory pumps.

Maybe 700HP to 7!0HP at the flywheel MAX if your losing 176HP from the fly wheel to the back tire you have bigger problems than fuel issues. Have dynode a few motors and then dynode rear wheel HP 50HP-75HP is typical loss. depending on Transmission.

No way in hell. At best on a 6 speed you lose 10% top end, 15% on an Auto. My car is right around 685 RWHP which comes out to around 750 crank hp.

You dont drive a half tuned Car that s not proper tuned, you install all the parts and get it to a Dyno, then tune it live on the dyno with all sensors connected to the engine. when they got the warning that engine is hard leaning out under pull on the dyno as hard as it did here, you dont drive it home , as you do not have the fuel to the sylinders to combust /cool em down ,and lubricate as the engine map/program is trying to deliver . so etch sylinder is running way to hot. once you have it tuned right and all is ok... beat the living crap out of it :D ist like driving you car whit no insurance !! smh

Carlos 619 difference between referencing crank HP (which the supercharger companies usually advertise ex whipple says theirs is 825 hp but on a dyno at the wheels they show around 650). Also he was losing fuel pressure big time.
