Another wonderful class, this time on Boxing Day to shake off the effects of the previous day! What a great way to exercise. As I’ve said many times, I love these classes. I’m very jealous though, your weather and the garden are almost always perfect with the occasional wildlife or cat visit! 😀

This was a beautiful way to start the day! I realised the clamp movement is something that I have never tried! Very challenging and decided to relax the lower leg while doing it... Felt I may cramp up otherwise. Another fantastic routine! THANK YOU Katja❤️
Dear Katja I have fractured my wrist and can't play tennis, drive or do your regular pilates/yoga classes. This is a beautiful class which I can do and sligh;y adapt avoiding using my left hand. Will do this particular class everyday until I'm better. Thank you for what you do......

I have decided to revisit this ‘7 days’, it is making me feel wonderful, I also did your 2 classes suitable for osteoporosis after an injury a few weeks ago, they were just lovely, therapeutic but challenging. A huge thank you Katja for amazing support x

Thank you for practicing with me! all Pilates is great to help you tone and strengthen your muscles. If you can compliment your Pilates with some more cardiovascular exercise such as brisk walking , cycling, swimming, running, cross training, together combined with healthy eating, it will aid your weight loss 🥰🙏🏼😊🙏🏼
