Wanda Maximoff Ends the Hex and Leaves Westview Final Scene [Plus Post-Credits][No BGM]| WandaVision

- Wanda takes her family home as she collapses the barrier. Maximoff and Vision put their sons to bed and then say goodbye, before Vision, the boys, and their house all disappear. Faced with the Westview residents that she has harmed, Maximoff goes into hiding.
In a post-credits scene, while studying the Darkhold in her astral form at a remote cabin, Maximoff hears her sons calling for her help. We know that Agatha mentioned there's a whole chapter on the Scarlet Witch, so Wanda is reading it to get a better handle on her powers.
What's Wanda going to do? What do you think of Wanda closing the hex? What about Vision or his son? Did you find any mistakes or plotholes? Do you have any suggestions or ideas? Share your opinion with the world in the comment section below. I put the video in 4K and removed the background music score to help you focus thoroughly on CGI and SFX.

What will happen if Wanda somehow get killed before she removes the hex?
i assume she won’t die in her reality, but if she gets killed outside the hex then i assume her spell will wear off
She'd probably bring herself back to life
Since the hex seems to do most things independantly of her will, it might just remain there permanently until it's disspelled by Strange or some other sorcerer or witch or wizard
@@runtergerutscht4401 I doubt it could be dispelled by any other sorcerer to be honest.

Two best parts of this:
1) Vision making up a quote just to see Wanda again, and saying “and there you are” like that’s all he needed to be happy and complete
2) Wanda ending up in the same outfit in the same empty lot, exactly where she was before the Hex, but such a changed character
Can Wanda uses her hex to ressurects her family again, builds a city and creates its citizens in an unpopulated area that far from cities? Maybe that way, she can creates a new reality more safely, no one would interfere, and no one would be trapped inside her hex anymore.
Yes, she can. But first off, Vision choose West View. And second, Wanda is still unaware of her power when she created this fake reality unconsciously.
That would take an immense amount of power and focus. Wanda didn’t create westview she simply changed and altered what was already there the only building she fully created was her own house. I’m sure eventually once she fully gets in control of her reality warping powers she could do it. And she kinda did this accidentally creating the hex and creating vision.
Maybe she use all the mind stone energy that was inside her that's why she can't recreate Vision

@@KaKaroTChannel7 There's really a lot to unpack.. There's so so much more going on than just the twins and Vision and whatever. We got new characters that will spin off into their own shows, we got new characters that will cross over into other shows and movies.. The answer to your question is neither of them.. There's something entirely different going on, and the story directly ties into Doctor Strange 2. I could try to give the cliffsnotes version, but even that would be a very long read.. Is it really pure if it isn't real? When vision was alive yes I'd say it was pure.
@@olgasmoviehouse wasn't it real? The power that made the fake Vision was yellow, not Wanda's red chaos magic. It was the power of the Mind Stone that bonded with her. And the Mind Stone is what gave Vision sentience. So mentally & emotionally, it's possible that was the real Vision.

Wanda built a lot of memories in Wandavision only to break them all down back to reality and lost not only her recently born twins but also Vision again. And in MoM, she realized the twins can exist but she can never have them. MCU has successfully made Wanda suffer
Putting her children to bed while the magic was coming down is so sad they have no idea there gonna disappear when the magic falls but she does and has to hide her sadness for her sons
What got me about Wanda and Vision in this is that in the MCU it seems they are so early in their relationship in infinity war. He hesitates asking her to stay with him and seems genuinely nervous. I assumed watching it that their "stolen moments" had been few and read his "I love you" as he died being the first time he says it, something she doesn't get a chance to say back. Which makes her calling him her love that little bit more tragic.
Elizabeth Olsen is stuningly beautiful in the Scarlet Witch costume.
This hits so differently without music. With music you feel a sense of sadness, but without it it's like you're with the characters, feeling the sheer terror of the impending doom and the desperation as the hex closes and closes on them. Those little cracks in their voices which was covered up by the music adds so so so much more weight and emotion to the scene.
These no BGM scenes are pure gold. You have to tell me how you make them, I want to watch all of MCU noBGM :)

Didn't think she could genuinely fly, well technically she's moving her body with telekinesis but to move at those speeds as if flying is something else.
Even without background music it's so realistic and emotional
As someone that doesn’t watch the various series that come out, this series helps with some clarity for the Second Dr Strange movie. I didn’t understand a few references made in the film but have an idea now after watching the important parts of WandaVision.
i don't get how people think this ending victimized wanda. she literally lost ALL her loved ones, her grief and powers blinded her but in the end she still could see the reality and decided to set westview free. if she was truly evil she could easily keep pretending and keep living in her reality, bc that's where her last loved ones are.
also wanda really knows an apology isn't enough for the citizens and she's now fully aware of how strong her powers are and its nature, she's isn't a simple witch so to me it's understandable why she chose to isolate herself again and study her powers
she's a really complex character and even being a fan of her i could understand that this ending didn't victimized her, they also showed how much the citizens suffered throughout the show but if y'all didn't get that then that's on you
THIS
Losing your fake dead husband and non-existent kids that didn’t even live for more than a week but still grew fast to free innocent people you brainwashed isn’t as admirable a feat as you might think. In the end it was a fake world that hurt actual people and even when she knew she tried to deny it until she was forced to confront it.
@@Crab-Man42 and who says her choice was admirable??? 🤨 also i was talking about her parents, brother and the real vision. but even if she spent just 9 days with a family she created, they still meant a lot to her, because !!!!!!! hello?? she's So mentally unstable, wanda has a lot of traumas and a power she can't even understand nor fully control, she was grieving while being completely alone and living with the fact that she couldn't say goodbye to vision.
her mind is really fucked up, how do you expect her not to love them and choose them as long as she can?? (again, we are talking about a extremely powerful and traumatized witch who is grieving, not a normal person irl).
understanding why she did what she did doesn't mean defending or excusing her, i really hope you know that 🧍♂️ choosing to free those citizens was the right and logical choice obviously. it is not admirable, but still, it was a big choice for her (and agaaaain, that still doesn't excuse her, but vision and the kids were her last loved ones, even if they can't exist outside of the hex, they literally are real there and this was said in the show. so it was a big decision for HER).
denying is literally a phase of grief, everything that tells wanda that her reality is fake could end up reminding her that vision is dead, so she starts being really delusional. and the fact that she didn't understand her powers doesn't help too, wanda really believed that she gave the citizens a better life but in reality they were having her nightmares and feeling her emotions, in the last ep it's clear that she didn't know how her powers affected them.
but anyways, no one here is saying wanda did nothing wrong. i don't get why are y'all so annoying telling everyone how wanda fucked up, we know!!! and i don't know if you are trying to convince people to not be a fan of her, but well written villains/antagonists always get a lot of fans at some point, this is not new, c'mon....

So after she did so... she released them as promised.

Because it’s true. When the residents of westview felt Wanda’s grief, they wanted to die. She sacrificed her joy peace and happiness by taking down the hex.
I would not be surprised if Wanda spent most of her time alone . she doesn't understand her powers
So sad that in the back of her mind she was like: I will use my powers and the dark hold to fix it again and be with my family. She never truly healed. I like it. More power doesn't heal a heart and obviously she had now more to lose (the boys). She had to go the whole MOM storyline to make peace with her lost.
What is a bit upsetting with what Wanda did is that she was not held accountable for what she did. She disrupted and altered an entire town's way of life and she walked away with a simple "I'm sorry?" Doesn't seem fair at all.
There isn't much else to be said honestly. She knows it was wrong and she fixed the wrongs but at the same time sh knows there is no amount of apologies that she could give to bring back the time the town lost due to her keeping them hostage. She could pour her heart out and apologize profusely but at the end of the day she knows it does no good. She had no idea that people of west view are suffering. The moment she came to knew it she decided to make them.free. come on, don't portray her a villain. She can be evil in future movies but in this show...nah..she isn't a negative character. She literally sacrificed it..How many of us would let go something of our profit if it is not beneficial to others. We simply won't
They didn't justify it tho???? The "sacrifice" being talked about here wasn't the events of Westview, it was practically everything else she did as an Avenger. Remember, these events wouldn't have happened if Wanda was forced to kill her own lover to save the universe back in Infinity War. That's a great sacrifice.
Ugh another day another Wandavision hater spouting nonsense.
It's made very clear in the show that it's Wanda's fault and it's her responsibility, but she did all of that unwillingly. You can even see that immediately tried to break open the Hex and soon as she learned that the people were suffering. She didn't even know that they were before Agatha freed the minds of all those people in front of her. As someone who's lost people close to them, that denial that Wanda was in the whole time makes perfect sense.
And in the end, she apologizes for all the pain she's caused, and rightfully noted that if she does end up "taking responsibility" and confronting the townspeople, it wouldn't change change how they see her. Thats literally the three lines in the show and they make perfect sense. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
@@shreksmeatballs9435 Don't deny that Wanda is something of a Majin Buu herself. Her power are possibly evil, she might destroy everything in her path, her negative emotions enhance her powers and are harmful not just to civilians but to herself, losing someone close to her causes her to snap, she is a bit bizarre and something insanely broken is usually required to either defeat or kill her. What will be next?
-Being so mad that the multiverse is on the brink of death?
-Losing her sanity for good and hence she might not be reasoned with?
-Psycotically messing with her opponent and driving them to despair?
-Her "Kamehameha" destroying something big offscreen?
-Destroying multiple universes to find something or someone?

Wanda has the power to create life and it shows that she can also create souls. when she magically impregeneted herself she gave birth to two living babies and it proves that Wanda has created the soul of Tommy and Billy. Wanda can also astral project herself, it gives her the primary abilities of soul stone
3. MIND STONE:
Wanda has high range of telepathic abilities she can manipulate anyone,s mind give anyone any their biggest nightmares and can also read anyone, s mind, in fact her powers were so strong that she was unconsciously running a whole town with thousands of people under her thumbs
4. SPACE STONE:
Wanda has the ability to teleport herself wherever she want, however this ability isn't displayed that much on screen but actress Elizabeth olsen has confirmed that Wanda can travel in dimensions so it thus confirms that Wanda has primary power of space/ stone too.
5. POWER STONE:
When it comes to power Wanda is among one of the top powerful character her powers are so much that Wanda even broked the mad titan, s double blade casually her powers caused problem for Tony, s team and advantaged team cap a lot, She is so powerful that she is even able to hold thanos with five stones and break the mind stone
6.TIME STONE:
Wanda can reverse or stop time .this is one of the most dangerous ability she has, she displayed it when she encountered the bee keeper and then reverse back time to get everything normal and second time when she was expanded the hex borders to save vision however she was only able to show this ability in a small scale still it will be considered.
@@ayyomahihere she didn't hold Thanos with 5 stones, if you watch the scene, Thanos only used one stone, and that was the space stone. As stated in the movie, the only reason she was able to destroy the mind stone is because her powers gave off the same signature. As shown as well the space stone is able to shield from her abilities.
After watching this I can't help but wonder who would win on two Battle/ Fight Scarlet Witch and Doctor Strange or Dr. Fate and Zatanna,
I will say Dr.Strange cause he has the ability in comics to derive energy from Wanda, not sure it will happen in MCU. But in comics Dr.Strange can derive strange from most things except LokiForce.
but...did wanda technically re-create an infinity stone with her powers when she create vision ?
"They'll never know what you sacrificed for them."
Are we really trying to paint Wanda, who literally held an entire town of people her twisted magical hostage because she struggled to cope with loss as someone who made a heroic sacrifice here? Like I get that she wasn't really doing this on purpose and she had no control over it for the most part, but it's kind of weird this is portrayed solely as a sad ending instead of a mix of a bittersweet type one that's joyful for the people freed but also sad for what Wanda had to go through.
If the nex line was something like "But it wouldn't change what I've done" it would have still worked.
@@simply_nebulous Yeah I fee like Wanda should've addressed the absolute horror of what she's done. It really felt like she was being painted as the victim and that was weird.
@@helios24601 she litteraly erased her kids for the town so yeah they will never know what she sacrificed for them
@@arianalikens5300 Right but her kids were never real and I think it was tonally off to try and paint what Wanda did as some completely selfless sacrifice as if she wasn't comitting a massive human rights crime by imprisoning them all against their will in her twisted mind.
😪😪😪
Spoilers for doctor strange:
Honestly don’t really like the fact that Wanda went full evil, I mean it was cool and all but kind off took away from the guilt she had after west view
Yeah, it's like "I'm sorry for the pain I caused. Which is why I'm now even gonna go further and do something way worse. "
Them walking as the Scarlett Witch in Vision IN COSTUME. Screaming crying and throwing up
I’d like to believe that White Vision got his memories from original Vision (Ship of Theseus scene); then flew off to Wakanda, where a good portion of his being was downloaded before Thanos’ forces arrived. Bam: resurrected Vision!
Já tava com depressão! Imagine agora!
SS 😭😭😭😭
Hopefully somehow Billy and Tommy will be introduced, preferably from another Earth, seeing they have their comic Selves
3:18
wanda: im sorry, for all the pain i caused
the messenger guy: 😡
Wanda just want a perfect family, even though, its fake. This scene made me cry.
Guess who got a fake family without spitting on it for real: YELENA BELOVA. Wanda is gonna be sooooo damn jealous of her
Reality and Alternate Realities oh my .
My boy vision can’t catch a break 😭
Well white vision is still alive.
When i saw first 2 episodes it felt like i have subscribed to 90s best shows
I like how the post ending credits picks up on Multiverse of Madness
6 episode Wanda expande the hex, please🤩
Casually walking home like a vibranium synthezoid and a hellish witch that can eradicate all life
if you speed it up like that it takes all the sadness out tbh
3:31 for some reason, this fits perfectly
May I introduce you to the marvel cast : scarlet witch, can't lose enough..... 😭
I'm really sad and bad this scenes this end of Wandavision made me cry🥺😭
This relates to me very much
Like myself dreaming in my favorite place and once the dream ends i am back at the real world 😭
Im confused, if Wanda possess this level of power (especially with what she demonstrated in MoM) couldn’t she just resurrect her family or make it so Vision never died by being like “what death”?
Wanda’s already over Vision thanks to Agatha helping her come to terms with his death. But I think she doesn’t want to try recreating the kids because she’s afraid something will go wrong (like how she accidentally tied them to the hex last time.)
3:09 "They'll never know what you sacrificed for them"
In reality, some people will never know what you sacrificed for them.
You don't have to explain anything to them.
Even if you explain, they will belittle you.
Spend the limited time of your life with those who can see the "real you".
She brutally tortured a whole town, full well knowing what she’s doing.
Bruh all she sacrificed is her fake fantasy that tortured them in the first place, they don't have to be grateful for that.
Ahhhh my heart
😩😭💔
I'm just cry again 😭😭😭
nobody has gone through the pain as compare to wanda
...Thor
@@blankspace8800 he is too but in wanda vision i can say to loose your children is how much difficult
