I have a lot of good things to say about getfitbyivana i started doing her workouts after i had my son. They hurt so bad at first and i started doing her other workouts for abs and butt. My body has been getting a better shape my butt has gotten bigger and I've lost 22 pounds with her.

That’s great! I too have had huge success in transforming my body as well! I have gotten so much better with my balance as well as strengthening your core! And pelvic floor!❤❤ I have been working out with ivana for 2 1/2 years and I have lost total of 74 pounds! I did this workout for 1 week +some cardio+ skipping breakfast , the results are AMAZING,I lost my love handles ,I reduce my belly fat a lot and I can see a bit of abs definition.I totally recommend this workout. Update:After 1 month of doing this workout, my belly became so flat ,I don't have abs ,but the results are great!
I think skipping breakfast is bad for your health ..so i m pretty sure that breakfast is the most important meal . It s better to eat breakfast but a healthy one.,then u can stop eating after 20:30 :)
Skipping breakfast is the worst thing u can do to yourself! That is the most important meal during the day. That is worrying that u skip it🥺 don’t do that. Just eat healthy one🙏🏻

Don’t know who needs to hear this, but do this workout! This is the only lower ab workout that’s worked for me so far, and I saw results within 1-2 weeks. I’ve done it now for about a month and my stomach is now 90% flat. Do this everyday!! If I skip a day, my lower stomach puffs out a little the next day. Ivana’s one of the only trainers I trust with my workouts!! LOVE this, do it!!
guys this actually works! i had a vacation coming up so i was doing this everyday it atleast 6 days a week for like 2 weeks and now i have some an definition and i lost all my lower belly fat

I like this workout more than Chloes one. Because on Chloe’s some of the exercises use shoulder and arms, all the planks one and i could never finish it as I was really getting tired in my arm area, so had no results on my abs. In this workout only one plank and i managed to do it all and finally feel the super burn! Thank you so much!

I went from 72 kg to 56 kg...in 25 days.... I did diet and exercise 3 times a day....doing a lil cardio with resistance training and flexibility tranning too...
I think this was on my recommendations and i always go for abs, currently been working on my lower abs without success, upper abs have been going great for a while now but not my lower some reason. I've been doing the same routine for months now but am needing more things added to my routine. I seen the last comment about how she loved how real this video was and how you had to pause yourself because ya it was tiring or painful for a second and you needed to take a breather. Then you hopped back into it *go girl haha* well because of that girls comment I decide to try it tonight. Wow wow wow wow I absolutely loved it. It actually for a change focused on the actual lower belly, I truly for once felt it in that area. I think I finally found a winner. I will do this 5x a week with my other video I do and see what happens. I'm truly excited. Thank you for being real and you being you not fake. I've been working hard for 11 months, I'm ready for a new challenge. I want to lose more than what I already have and have no more pooch. I'm at 35 pounds lost but healing slowly from graves disease which has been an extreme challenge but I havent given up. I'm still feeling weakness in legs as I felt during 1 or 2 exercises I did from you but I pushed through. I could gain weight after all my hard work once I've healed fully so i hope this workout helps. Seems like it would. Anyways enough blabbing lol i just wanna say I'm excited to try this for a while and will post results. Thank you again.

This is the far best lower abs workout I have seen so far. My lower belly literally burns . At the end it's on fire lol. I have been doing this for a week now,hoping will see some results soon .
Looooved the flow of this. The challenge of this. The timing of it. Amazing. 2 things that cut my flow tho: 1. The ads in the MIDDLE of a timed, follow-along video don’t cut it for me. I’ll watch a long one at the start or end.. 2. Not knowing what I was doing next and having to rewind a little to get the entire time in when exercises changed I’m excited about finding the most ideal abs exercise thus far tho. I love the focus on strength vs pilates-inspired “look more girly” type of workouts.

Day 1 harder then I expected Day 2 it hurt my stomach doing it bc I’m not use to do it lol 😝 Day 3 my stomach still sore 🤕 Day 4 almost gave up! I am exhausted😩 btw I’m on my period makes it even worst but finished this work out ( I do my work outs at night ) I didn’t get to do day 5 bc my cousin passed away I was very tiered and very hurt I hope you understand I’ll try to do day 5 today ( Im soon gonna start all over again since I need to have time with my family and comfort them ) 🥺🕊 I’m back ! guyssss this works. when I started two months ago I was a bit skepetical because there are a lot of RUclips workouts that say the same thing but it doesn't work at the end of the day but then I decided to give this a shot and then it worked after a few months though. I stayed consistent and watched what I ate and my waistline started reducing, it was a 34/33.5 but now its 28/29...😜I'm soo happy🥰

The feeling after reaching the goal is incredible omg! I have been working out for past one month and lost upto 4 kgs which is so good and motivating for me. So just don't stop and don't wait for results. Just do it cuz it's healthy and it's for your own body. I pray for your success!
DAY 1: This was rlly hard I felt the burn in the first 2 mins but I think its working DAY 2: Difficult but not as bad as day 1 DAY 3:I was sooo stiff it was hard but I could see my abs starting to form DAY 4:I pushed through the pain and I am way better at this then the few days before, I only paused once DAY 5: I wasn’t stiff anymore and it was way easier DAY 6: I can see huge changes already, DAY 7: So glad it’s over Thoughts: This is an amazing workout, hard but rlly works, another workout that works is the Alexis Ren workouts
I’m gonna update you guys I’m a girl I have a muffin top and I just trying to lose extra fat on my wast please remind me. Day1:hard to do I kept shaking but I felt the burn✔️. Day2:I really didn’t want to do it but I did a little sore not much but it feels a little bit easier ✔️. Day 3:break it was my birthday you know how long Hispanic party’s last😭. Day4:done it felt a little bit more easy took less breaks✔️ .day5:felt more easy to do not to sore on my side but sore on my top abs and lower abs✔️. Day6:done I felt more motivated and I can tell my wast is getting smaller and I can see the outline on the side of my abs no I don’t see my abs yet but ik it takes time✔️. Day9: done I was really lazy today I didn’t want to do this but I did oh and I’m sore in my back. Day10: I see. Big difference my wasted is getting smaller I took some breaks here and there. Day11:I had a break down because my fat wouldn’t go away and I’ve tried 7 videos to lose it and it’s still not gone but I’m done I felt a little lazy doing the workout.but I got my motivation back I did this 2times repeat. Day12:I did this 2 time repeated my stomach is getting flatter and my sides. Day13:okay guys I definitely recommend doing this 2 times in a day my muffin top is going away!!!!. Tricia Jane hey I’ve done this workout for 22 days I started doing it once a day but I saw no results because I really wanted to see my results come in faster but then I started to do it 2 times a day I started to see the abs outline and my side fat slowly went away. But I recommend this just focus on the body you want and keep your motivation up.💕

But I notice that my waist has decreased a little. Day 5: It's Sunday, it's time to rest! Day 6: I realized that I have a hard time doing the V crunch exercise ... Well, tomorrow I started doing these exercises a week ago and I notice some results! I will continue to do the exercises for another week (or more). I am not on a diet, I just reduce the consumption of candies and another treats. I try to eat healthier things and drink plenty of water. In the main dining decreases slightly the amount of food. Day 7: Today completes a week! I am doing other abs exercises before these and today I can see some difference! Day 8: Today I have little time to exercise, so today I will not do this exercise and I did other lower ab and oblique exercises.

thank you so much. I've always been struggling to get rid of it, but while looking at it I can see how this will BURN that muffin. These are VERY effective. But 12 mins are like 12 years for me while doing this, GOSH help! LOL Edit: I just wanted to say that most people use other parts of their body while doing abs workout, please do not use neck, arms or legs (muscles), it can damage seriously and u won't get the results. And please remember to stretch out after workout for more safety and to relax the muscles!
@arjeldemar I know, this is one of problem a lot of people having trouble with: hurting their neck or other parts of their body while doing workouts. I have told this in so many videos to help people stay safe. Sometimes it happens to me but I fix it. What you need to do is not to use or focus on your neck. You ONLY have to use abs muscles and squeeze it, and "relax" the other parts of your body. That's when your abs will burn and work. Good luck.
@arjeldemar I know. When I started doing abs workout for the first time, I end up hurting my lower back a lot, and I wanted to use different methods to protect it. So what I did was to CRUNCH UP a little bit on those excercises where I chould see that this excercise damange my lower back. For example when I do the leg cross workout, and more. It was amazing, and I ended up making the excercise MUCH more effective, which can give you faster results, but can also hurt alot. But that's what we want, because that's when we know we will get the abs.
@@hydeeplaza9364 Yes, it did. for after results do this for 2 weeks and follow these simple steps: 1) If you have time in the morning, do this video twice a day in an empty stomach, if no time, then do once in the morning and once before bedtime. 2) Eat clean JUST for one 2 weeks and challenge yourself - I personally LOVE the word challenge, it works depends on you are ready for this challenge! - do not overeat. 3) Drink 8 glasses of water every day. The reason you would always go to the toilet is that your body gets cleaner, and gets rid of what's "bad" inside you, as bad bacteria. 4) Quitting, or eating fast food or sweets 1-2 times of sweets a week (not every day). 5) walk 10K steps every day, you can jog/run because it's 10x better than only walking). As long you walking track read your steps while jogging it's better. your body burns 2x calories and fats than walking. Running also helps to tighten the whole body.
Guys I recommend this workout because it really works!!! My abs just started to form in just 3 days. 😊 At first the exercise is rrrreeeaaaalllyyy way hard to perform but as you keep on performing, it will just be easy. 😉
@@pradoclarissa381 Yes I did, like 50% hihihi. 50% because since I'm a Filipino, it is part of our culture to eat rice in every meal and what I did is, I only eat 1/2 cup of rice in every meal instead of 1-3 cup of rice.

I love how this video has 2 unskippable ads that allows me a bit of extra rest time 😅👌🏻😩😓🥴 Im currently just under 15st after lots of weight gain in pregnancy and having m.e. I started off doing a 4 minute ab workout which I did for 4 days had a break day and I've now done 2 days with this workout, I can honestly say that even though I've not lost any weight I can see my shape changing, the top of my stomach is starting to flatten out, my sides have started to curve in and I can see definition lines starting either side. I'm definitely sticking with this workout and will vary it with the 4 minute workout on the days I can't do much

I really like this workout. I have been doing at home workouts since october since I don't go to the gym often and they are really helpful.I cannot include my results from this bc I always switch up my workouts ,but for those who are wondering, yes these at home workouts do really work. I have formed toned abs just from doing these kinds of ab workouts. now if you want your abs to be truly formed, then yes you will have to do other things and probably include weights, but the short 10 minute workouts really do a lot. I also do it everyday to keep up with them. I am hoping to add weights at some point, but I don't have any right now. hope everyone decides to do these and stay motivated. my results are what have kept me going!
This workout is killer 💪 I'm so out of shape!!! I was sweating and dying by the 2nd exercise 💀 Starting weight: 254 lbs Day 1 : I had to take breaks during each diff exercise but i finished and feel great ✔️ Day 2: completed the workout at night instead of in the morning , was able to push myself a little more and completed more of the exercises than the previous day ✔️ Day 3 : another night workout , dripping sweat. Lasted the whole min plank 😅❤ proud of myself Day 4: rested yday but completed the workout just now for day 4. It's getting less hard but still dripping sweat each time. Will continue on a daily basis trying to stay consistent 💪 Day 5 : I've been slacking the past few days. Just completed the workout for the 5th time. I feel stronger each time I do this routine. Going to take measurements tomorrow so I can have a better idea of how much my body is changing 💓 Day 6 : 11pm this is the latest I have ever worked out lol 😆 finished and feel really good. I have to do the Russian twists with my feet touching the floor I'm hoping that by continuing this daily I'll be able to do the Russian twists with my feet elevated 🤞🙌 Day 7 : it's 2/1/23 & finally worked out again today. Even after a few shots of tequila, I wanted to still complete this before bed. I've noticed my clothes starting to fit more loose and feeling better mentally. Will complete this workout again tomorrow. I just starting using a stomach sweat band 💧 😅 I feel more accomplished the more I sweat

I’m doing two workouts I’m eating oatmeal and a healthy smoothie with just fruit and veggies and I’m running my neighborhood which is a mile everyday day bc I wanted to get healthy not for the abs not for the figure or if I would lose weight I just wanted to be a healthier person I’m 13 and I definitely recommend this workout 100% I’ve been doing the workout for maybe 1-2 weeks I feel so much more energized and just more happy

this is working guys... I can feel the difference. Also make sure that you are taking healthy food like fruits, vegetables and drink lots of water, eat protein-rich foods.
Day 1: Done ✅ That was intense! I had to stop (many) several times but I did it! Hopefully tomorrow goes better 🧡 Day 2: I wasn’t feeling well so I skipped day 2. Day 3: Done ✅ I was sweating waaaay more than the first day. I’m excited to continue!
I’m gonna do this everyday for a week and see if it works. I already got some of toned abs. But my small belly pouch won’t leave me so let’s see. I have a lot of good things to say about getfitbyivana i started doing her workouts after i had my son. They hurt so bad at first and i started doing her other workouts for abs and butt. My body has been getting a better shape my butt has gotten bigger and I've lost 22 pounds with her.

I did this workout for 1 week +some cardio+ skipping breakfast , the results are AMAZING,I lost my love handles ,I reduce my belly fat a lot and I can see a bit of abs definition.I totally recommend this workout.
Update:After 1 month of doing this workout, my belly became so flat ,I don't have abs ,but the results are great!

Don’t know who needs to hear this, but do this workout! This is the only lower ab workout that’s worked for me so far, and I saw results within 1-2 weeks. I’ve done it now for about a month and my stomach is now 90% flat. Do this everyday!! If I skip a day, my lower stomach puffs out a little the next day. Ivana’s one of the only trainers I trust with my workouts!! LOVE this, do it!!

I like this workout more than Chloes one. Because on Chloe’s some of the exercises use shoulder and arms, all the planks one and i could never finish it as I was really getting tired in my arm area, so had no results on my abs.
In this workout only one plank and i managed to do it all and finally feel the super burn!

I think this was on my recommendations and i always go for abs, currently been working on my lower abs without success, upper abs have been going great for a while now but not my lower some reason. I've been doing the same routine for months now but am needing more things added to my routine. I seen the last comment about how she loved how real this video was and how you had to pause yourself because ya it was tiring or painful for a second and you needed to take a breather. Then you hopped back into it *go girl haha* well because of that girls comment I decide to try it tonight. Wow wow wow wow I absolutely loved it. It actually for a change focused on the actual lower belly, I truly for once felt it in that area. I think I finally found a winner. I will do this 5x a week with my other video I do and see what happens. I'm truly excited. Thank you for being real and you being you not fake. I've been working hard for 11 months, I'm ready for a new challenge. I want to lose more than what I already have and have no more pooch. I'm at 35 pounds lost but healing slowly from graves disease which has been an extreme challenge but I havent given up. I'm still feeling weakness in legs as I felt during 1 or 2 exercises I did from you but I pushed through. I could gain weight after all my hard work once I've healed fully so i hope this workout helps. Seems like it would. Anyways enough blabbing lol i just wanna say I'm excited to try this for a while and will post results. Thank you again.

Looooved the flow of this. The challenge of this. The timing of it. Amazing. 2 things that cut my flow tho:
1. The ads in the MIDDLE of a timed, follow-along video don’t cut it for me. I’ll watch a long one at the start or end..
2. Not knowing what I was doing next and having to rewind a little to get the entire time in when exercises changed
I’m excited about finding the most ideal abs exercise thus far tho. I love the focus on strength vs pilates-inspired “look more girly” type of workouts.

guyssss this works. when I started two months ago I was a bit skepetical because there are a lot of RUclips workouts that say the same thing but it doesn't work at the end of the day but then I decided to give this a shot and then it worked after a few months though. I stayed consistent and watched what I ate and my waistline started reducing, it was a 34/33.5 but now its 28/29...😜I'm soo happy🥰

Tricia Jane hey I’ve done this workout for 22 days I started doing it once a day but I saw no results because I really wanted to see my results come in faster but then I started to do it 2 times a day I started to see the abs outline and my side fat slowly went away. But I recommend this just focus on the body you want and keep your motivation up.💕

thank you so much. I've always been struggling to get rid of it, but while looking at it I can see how this will BURN that muffin. These are VERY effective. But 12 mins are like 12 years for me while doing this, GOSH help! LOL
Edit: I just wanted to say that most people use other parts of their body while doing abs workout, please do not use neck, arms or legs (muscles), it can damage seriously and u won't get the results. And please remember to stretch out after workout for more safety and to relax the muscles!
@arjeldemar I know, this is one of problem a lot of people having trouble with: hurting their neck or other parts of their body while doing workouts. I have told this in so many videos to help people stay safe. Sometimes it happens to me but I fix it. What you need to do is not to use or focus on your neck. You ONLY have to use abs muscles and squeeze it, and "relax" the other parts of your body. That's when your abs will burn and work. Good luck.
@arjeldemar I know. When I started doing abs workout for the first time, I end up hurting my lower back a lot, and I wanted to use different methods to protect it. So what I did was to CRUNCH UP a little bit on those excercises where I chould see that this excercise damange my lower back. For example when I do the leg cross workout, and more. It was amazing, and I ended up making the excercise MUCH more effective, which can give you faster results, but can also hurt alot. But that's what we want, because that's when we know we will get the abs.

@@hydeeplaza9364 Yes, it did. for after results do this for 2 weeks and follow these simple steps:
1) If you have time in the morning, do this video twice a day in an empty stomach, if no time, then do once in the morning and once before bedtime.
2) Eat clean JUST for one 2 weeks and challenge yourself - I personally LOVE the word challenge, it works depends on you are ready for this challenge! - do not overeat.
3) Drink 8 glasses of water every day. The reason you would always go to the toilet is that your body gets cleaner, and gets rid of what's "bad" inside you, as bad bacteria.
4) Quitting, or eating fast food or sweets 1-2 times of sweets a week (not every day).
5) walk 10K steps every day, you can jog/run because it's 10x better than only walking). As long you walking track read your steps while jogging it's better. your body burns 2x calories and fats than walking. Running also helps to tighten the whole body.
Guys I recommend this workout because it really works!!! My abs just started to form in just 3 days. 😊 At first the exercise is rrrreeeaaaalllyyy way hard to perform but as you keep on performing, it will just be easy. 😉

@@pradoclarissa381 Yes I did, like 50% hihihi. 50% because since I'm a Filipino, it is part of our culture to eat rice in every meal and what I did is, I only eat 1/2 cup of rice in every meal instead of 1-3 cup of rice.

Im currently just under 15st after lots of weight gain in pregnancy and having m.e. I started off doing a 4 minute ab workout which I did for 4 days had a break day and I've now done 2 days with this workout, I can honestly say that even though I've not lost any weight I can see my shape changing, the top of my stomach is starting to flatten out, my sides have started to curve in and I can see definition lines starting either side. I'm definitely sticking with this workout and will vary it with the 4 minute workout on the days I can't do much

I really like this workout. I have been doing at home workouts since october since I don't go to the gym often and they are really helpful.I cannot include my results from this bc I always switch up my workouts ,but for those who are wondering, yes these at home workouts do really work. I have formed toned abs just from doing these kinds of ab workouts. now if you want your abs to be truly formed, then yes you will have to do other things and probably include weights, but the short 10 minute workouts really do a lot. I also do it everyday to keep up with them. I am hoping to add weights at some point, but I don't have any right now. hope everyone decides to do these and stay motivated. my results are what have kept me going!

This workout is killer 💪 I'm so out of shape!!! I was sweating and dying by the 2nd exercise 💀
Starting weight: 254 lbs
Day 1 : I had to take breaks during each diff exercise but i finished and feel great ✔️
Day 2: completed the workout at night instead of in the morning , was able to push myself a little more and completed more of the exercises than the previous day ✔️
Day 3 : another night workout , dripping sweat. Lasted the whole min plank 😅❤ proud of myself
Day 4: rested yday but completed the workout just now for day 4. It's getting less hard but still dripping sweat each time. Will continue on a daily basis trying to stay consistent 💪
Day 5 : I've been slacking the past few days. Just completed the workout for the 5th time. I feel stronger each time I do this routine. Going to take measurements tomorrow so I can have a better idea of how much my body is changing 💓
Day 6 : 11pm this is the latest I have ever worked out lol 😆 finished and feel really good. I have to do the Russian twists with my feet touching the floor I'm hoping that by continuing this daily I'll be able to do the Russian twists with my feet elevated 🤞🙌
Day 7 : it's 2/1/23 & finally worked out again today. Even after a few shots of tequila, I wanted to still complete this before bed. I've noticed my clothes starting to fit more loose and feeling better mentally. Will complete this workout again tomorrow. I just starting using a stomach sweat band 💧 😅 I feel more accomplished the more I sweat

I have to say this workout is amazing. Although I have been doing Chloe Ting's workouts for 5 months, I could'nt get rid of my lower belly fat. But from on 3rd day, I realized that my belly got stretched. I really recommend it to you guys!

I’m doing two workouts I’m eating oatmeal and a healthy smoothie with just fruit and veggies and I’m running my neighborhood which is a mile everyday day bc I wanted to get healthy not for the abs not for the figure or if I would lose weight I just wanted to be a healthier person I’m 13 and I definitely recommend this workout 100% I’ve been doing the workout for maybe 1-2 weeks I feel so much more energized and just more happy

Beautiful , I always admire these abdominal exercises . Being a 40+ athlete I do these exercises in single sets which has great results.
this is working guys... I can feel the difference. Also make sure that you are taking healthy food like fruits, vegetables and drink lots of water, eat protein-rich foods.

Yo llevo practicando estos abs por 3 semanas y el resultado es sorprendente.
Day 1: Done ✅ That was intense! I had to stop (many) several times but I did it! Hopefully tomorrow goes better 🧡
Day 2: I wasn’t feeling well so I skipped day 2.
Day 3: Done ✅ I was sweating waaaay more than the first day. I’m excited to continue!
I’m gonna do this everyday for a week and see if it works. I already got some of toned abs. But my small belly pouch won’t leave me so let’s see.

Day 1: went well I already workout everyday but damn this is hard I think I am gonna do this two times a day to get better results
Day 2: was really hard today I dont know why but did it once because of that and of course no results yet

Day 7: not a big difference in my lower belly but if you do this longer it will work. But my waist is 1 cm smaller and you can see my abs better.
