Delicious. We have a similar dish in Liberia called Palava( jute leaf) sauce. We add palm oil instead.

You can get it at a Haitian store and African store- in Nigerian stores in the US it’s in the frozen section labeled as Jute leaves.

It’s a seasoning you can find it at your local grocery store
It’s easier to get fresh lalo in places like Miami or Brooklyn.
