What did you season your proteins with and how much of it did you use? Did you let it marinate? I saw it was already seasoned when they video started.
Why do you cover it if you want it to dry ? I dont get it ! In my neiborhood theres a Haitian restaurant they cook this every saturday but they only give you a verry small piece of lobster lol but its so good !

I'm going to make this but I won't be using frozen spinach. I'll be using fresh spinach and I will leave a little water in it. yours looked a little thick/dry. No disrespect.

What spinach is that? It’s doesn’t look the typical American spinach.
You make spinach the same way that some Africans make greens (potato leaf..).
