You should make a series, where you show how people have done overtime with ftmo e.g. 12 months, e.g. how much they made in January, February etc, not just one month as I have a feeling a lot of these people making 72k a month, only do it once and then blow up there account the next month. Would be interesting to see

Discipline is whats failing these people and not Sticking to the fundamentals pulling the trigger is the easy part. I'll be taking this challenge soon not yet though because I need more discipline

That last trader would have been funded, and earning right now, had he/she just used a Stop-loss and a TP. Volatile instruments like metals, oil, cryptos and indices move way too much for you to be trading without a stop loss. Looking at the amount of entries, and the trading period I'd guess that he/she is most likely a scalper. I'd advise him/her to trade with max 0.5% risk per trade, and ALWAYS use a stop loss. Another tip would be to set pending orders... and don't forget to close your winners in profit. 1% per TP can go a far way if you're only risking 0.5% per trade.
i would let the proit run bcause you dont know how far those markets will run that day. especially these days with CFDs like WTI and the ukraine situation

If I use .5 percent and have a daily goal of 2% it's gonna take half the time to get to that goal of 2% of I use 1% The more you trade the more you're at risk of losing capital. But also the most risk you take the more total drawdown you'll have to there's a balance. But if you know total drawdown then you will know if you're going to make it with these guys or not. Mt4 default detailed statements can easily tell you these stats

@@GLmig that' what i thought, but i thought they let you more space after you pass, because the limits are overwhelming and disturb you to keep on the strategy. For example, if you have a 80% win rate setup, you will win most of the time, but you can have a 10times loss in a row and trigger the Max Loss. Ofc you can reduce the lot size and the % you risk per trade, but then again, why have a 100k account, it is unnecessary because you are not allowed to use the potential of that. You could also have a 30k account and have the same conditions.

If your strategy allows you a higher risk, then the Aggressive Account risk is double the Max Loss and Max Daily Loss (10 % and 20 %) compared to the Normal Account. That last trader would have been funded, and earning right now, had he/she just used a Stop-loss and a TP.
Volatile instruments like metals, oil, cryptos and indices move way too much for you to be trading without a stop loss.

FTMO removed minimum trading days and 10% profit target on real account, but daily and max loss is same 👍

I had failed two weeks ago because of exceeding the daily loss with 70€. Everything else was done.
That last account seemed like news messed it up.. it's inevitable if you don't set stop losses...
