I used a half-fuselage piece rotated 90° to make the window.

Bro I can’t even make a plane that flies. I even tried to just modify the standard F-4 and whatever I did to the engines just makes them turn off after takeoff.
In that case, you need to look at increasing idle throttle. Also, make sure total pressure ratio isn't a red number (lower it if it is).
