Omg im binge watching these videos, and I've never seen so many owners allow their dogs off leash with no recall. I can not believe their dogs haven't been reported. As an owner, you know your dog might not bite, but other people and dogs dont know that. These are the sort of incidents that can absolutely terrify other dogs not to mention people. I love my dog but no way would my grandchild not be able to play in my garden. 😢 Just got to the bit where the lady got the dog to watch the lads play football. Why am i crying 😭❤
I’ve just commented that it absurd to me that this lady just continued letting him have free rein when he had this bad habit of destroying balls. Why would you just carry on letting it happen over and over again? It’s like there’s something amiss in her thinking
They can be incredible first dogs if they are bred well and trained well. And also of course given enough stimulation, Like toys, walking and mental stimulation.
Love the Beardie. I had 2 beardies they are amazing dogs but need plenty of exercise they herd everything. Mine came everywhere with me mountain climbing and hill walking he lived to be 15. He was lively and boisterous right up to the end. Loved my Alfie
Of course the visla is playing with their things. He doesn’t appear to have any toys of his own. Plus he’s still very young and as well as lots of exercise will need lots of time spent with him playing and training him.
Agree, no toys and absolutely zero stimulation, no wonder there's trouble. I wonder why Graeme doesn't seem to emphasize this more. This dog is so mismatched with these people
@@MsJubjubbird Right, but maybe first fix the cause and THEN unleash him! Not the other way around and then spend life running around apologising to all ball players….
No toys in the house and no suggestion from Graeme that these dogs need LOADS of exercise!! The more I watch these shows the more I realize that people know so little about dog breeds and their energy levels. Always match your energy level and the amount of time you are prepared to put into your dog with the kind of dog you acquire. And please people, consider rescue dogs! Adopt, don't shop!!
Totally agree. After my old dog passed away my kids researched the best breed to get for me as I live in a small flat and am in my 60s. They bought me a shmoodle. Perfect breed for my circumstances
My previous dog was a rescue but this time my kids bought simply because there were no adoptable dogs available in our local shelters that would suit my circumstances
@@MsJubjubbird And then there's the time where on the last out you find a real live possum just on the other side of the fence and can't settle down for desperately wanting out to try to get at the possum.... which is what we're doing tonight. Terrier persistence is a thing. (sigh)
Like others have said, why doesn't she keep her dog on a lead? Use a muzzle? Take him to an enclosed field? There were so many options that she apparently didn't consider. Perplexing. At least Grahame could help.
people get puppies with the best intentions but don't research the breed or put in the training. Much better to get a rescue dog, they may take a few weeks to settle in but older dog is usually not so destructive and hyper active
Some people… I don’t know…. No words for it…. I feel sad for the Viszla. You can see, he seeks attention he doesn’t get in the good way. Hunting dogs are hard to train because they are independent when they know their job and smart to figure out a problem. You have to learn how to work together and how to use their instinct. Start with steadiness.1 rule for raising dog…avoid self-rewarding behavior by taking the lead and teach your dog how to deal with his natural behavior, the behavoir a dog is bred for. Before behavoir turn into chaos. Raising needs time, but more time to turn ‘bad’ behavior back into good and respectful behavoir. Luckily, dogs are smart to learn and devoted to work with his human❤Don’t get a dog for companionship…. That will lead to expectations they can come true. Get a dog because you want to work together and to learn him to become best version of himself. Companionship will come to you.
makes me chuckle .. all the people living with uncontrolled dogs ruining their lives .. the dogs oblivious .. then he comes along and tells them to simply communicate to their dogs what the do want and what they dont want ... problem solved .. the dogs are so clever lol.
Millan deals with problematic dogs whose owners can't say "NO" and let them run wild. Does anyone in the US use leashes or at the very least tell a dog NO? If there weren't problem dogs, Millan wouldn't have a TV show.
People who have difficulties to show even the slightest bit of authority over their dog, often find it difficult to do so in other areas of life and put up with too much. If Dexter's mom ("I'm his servant") or Rugo's mom discover their inner strength, it will help them in the interpersonal communication too.
Oh yeah vizsla can be nightmares if they aren’t trained or bred right. Like any dog tbh. My dog was thankfully trained right and bred well so she is pretty neutral and balanced (temperament wise).
Why don't Brits have their dogs on leads? What the heck...what's wrong with people. So she plays ball with her grandkids and the dog in the same place. I have no sympathy for her. Take the damn dog to a sheep herding place to get exhausted.
Most of us Brit’s have trained our dogs to proper recall and can let them enjoy being off lead. What you see with Graeme hall are the small percentage that assumed dogs came ready trained out the box. Makes for great entertainment mind you. But it’s not the best reflection of dog ownership in the uk.
People take their dogs to parks and reserves so the dogs can run free and play. It's just they don't do the training needed beforehand. She seems like an experienced dog owner so I don't know what happened there
Oh no, reaaaally - the 'top dog because he is on the sofa' theory? How about he simply learned it's comfy up there and does maybe not want to rule the world?
Why doesn’t Graham ask about the dog not going for walks? Might help to have him neutered as well. I have a small dog and he’s a pain the butt if he doesn’t get a daily walk and play. He’s 18 months old so similar age.
Most of these videos are about owners who have no idea what dogs need. I also see a lot of dogs that aren't desexed at the proper age. 1. If you get a puppy, they need proper training and a lot of play 2. if you adopt an older dog, you need to be mindful of their quirks and 3. stop being stupid with animals thinking they're human- they're not. Treat them with respect to their species
What is poor Ruger to do? No one to play with or go for walks? Doggie dates? This does not seem to be an active couple at all. This dog should be rehomed to an active person or family.
@@MsJubjubbirdthey clearly aren’t able to provide enough mental and physical stimulation. Viszlas are awesome dogs, but only if they get enough mental and physical exercise. Of all the breeds they could have chosen…
Lol. I watch one channel where one man controls 20 dogs perfectly and the clueless owners of the Visla can't even control one puppy. Did they do any research? What's wrong with these people??

Come ooooonnnn, Graeme.... you were having so much fun kicking a ball around😂😂😂😊
I always got rescue dogs and they were amazing companions. They also gave so much love back.
I love that frenchie! 😆 🤣
They got a hunting dog (Vizsla) for their laid back lifestyle...
What could possibly go wrong?
🤦🏽♀️
Quite. Utter stupidity.
The Vizsla doggie only behaved when he sensed a 'dog master/pack leader' in the room.
@@norlavine Well of course, any dog requires that. But Vizsla's and all hunting dogs need a very active hands on handler.

Wowwwwwwwww wat Een ontwetendheid. Onvoorstelbaar.
Lady with ball dog should’ve had her dog on a dang leash!! Common sense and an easy fix.
Honestly I think she's a little 'blessed' in the noggin, making mountains out of very easily solvable mole hills.
It fixes the symptoms. But the idea is to fix the cause. Better for the dog if he can run and play

Absolutely agree with everything you have said!
That vizsla is such a sweetheart! He just needs a lot of mental and physical stimulation.
Brilliant!! 😍
She takes her dog for a walk together with spare balls? That's beyond ridiculous! 😂
If she had a vision of staying in with a dog reading a book maybe it would have been better to adopt an older elderly dog?
Most dogs will settle down at night. But you have to exercise them and give them bones and things to stimulate them

Greyhounds retired from racing make perfect couch companions and don't seem to want a lot of exercise.
The main thing is calm owner, calm dog. But with the frenchie and fran is a total different story!
