    This Millet and Palak Khichdi is a nutritionally balanced - one pot meal for a lovely breakfast, lunch or dinner.
    INGREDIENTS:
    ½ cup Foxtail Millet - Soaked for 2-3 hrs
    ½ cup Moong Dal - Soaked for 1/2 hr
    1 cup Spinach Puree
    2 Cloves of Garlic - Finely Chopped
    1 tbsp A2 Cow Ghee
    ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
    A pinch of Asafoetida
    Pink Salt to taste
    Pepper as per taste
