Hi I am SEEMA GOEL and my husband were extremely foodie people. Our Sundays would be all about either cooking some fascinating stuff at home or binging on the never-ending spread of Sunday brunches.
At one point, my husband was weighing 102 kilos. Our life took a hit when he was hospitalized for bronchitis and was admitted to the hospital. The food pattern that he followed made his immunity weak and most of the drugs prescribed were extremely sedative in nature.
With our eyes set on making him lose weight, we took professional help. He lost 28 kilos in a year. I, as his cook, helped create and curate excellent recipes that serve his weight loss regime.
We saw the benefits of having studied and made these recipes by ourselves started Healthy Eating Code to help working professionals, especially working wives like you and me find a curated collection of the best alternative health recipes that is tasty, nutritious, and most importantly HEALTHY.
