    Thanks so much for this video! I am struggling to lose weight, and though I've been trying to follow these guidelines, I do have a question. I have high cholesterol and my doctor has said to do a low fat diet, no cottage cheese or cheeses, egg whites, etc. What would be good low fat protein choices for me?

      You are welcome! Have you watched my cholesterol video? I'm afraid I have to disagree with low fat for high cholesterol. You do need to watch saturated fat intake though. Low-fat cottage cheese, cheeses, and full eggs are totally fine to still eat IMO. I have high cholesterol from genetics that increased even more when I hit menopause.
