im donwload subtitle ukraine tv show from subtitle cat website,and download translate subtitle but when i open in notepad there just symbol questionmark,not like ur vidio srt file before was ansii and you convert to utf8,but mine srt file was utf-8 when im download it in subtitle cat,so when im convert to utf8 again in subtitlle tools,didnt work,still question mark there,so any solution sir,sorry my english bad

hey I have a problem where my projector, (USB connected with folder containing a movie and its subtitles) the subtitles are displayed in symbols and characters. I tried changing to every encoding but still its displayed as symbols and characters, any fix for this?
