I feel like it produces too much unnecessary damage in the long run. I want to train, & keep my muscles on the right places, as long as a live. I don't think going to failure EVERY time until I'm 100+ is going to be healthy, even if it's just once a week. Also: Failure often comes coupled with form breakdown, which further damages the body.
Why do you not go to failure anymore?
