    No doubt a full arm workout and great example - I think he hit every damn thing. While most of us would like to think we could attain this level of muscularity and mass, the dude is jacked and gifted w/some serious genetics to boot. That said we could all improve w/consistent and thorough workouts like this in the gym.

    My Personnel suggestion don't trust all this video as this is all faked one just follow your own types of workout and you will succeed for example biceps workout you will have three to four types of workout and slowly increase the weight with proper diet food style ..surely you will make your arms fit and perfect .. I am doing workout past 25years on wards still I am maintaining my body shape not to watching this type of videos ...cheers.
