First exercise is really great to blow out your spine.
My brother, place the dumbbells on the ground with the appropriate weight for you and do not be afraid of any damage to your spine. If you don't like the first exercise, don't do it. There are many other exercises
Your back can handle way more than your arms, this is only a stretch for the back, it's not even close to enough to hurt your back/spine.
Anything you can lift in one hand isn't going to hurt your back, your arms or hands would fail first in these positions.

Sir, I want to ask you something, when you first go to the gym and train your lats, they will start to feel sore, right? because that's happened to me when the first time train lats, when my lats recover after 2 days, i went back to gym and train lats again, but this time i feel no sore, and i already do it so many times but i still feel nothing in my lats, so is this normal or not ? if not can you please make the tutorial how to do it correctly ?
