@@ijohnathonwhite8002 I'm no expert but maybe start with 3 set at 10 reps each and as you get more comfortable take it to 4 sets at 12 reps each. Please someone correct me if i'm wrong but that's what I tend to do in the gym

Some great excercises that will get muscles you didn't even know were there to start recruiting more. Everyone does the basic stuff with minimal result. These are basic, but complex movements, that will force the muscle to grow faster and develope the supporting muscles around the main core. Good sh!t brother

No one tells you this for free but you need to be in a calorie deficit to lose the FAT that's covering the abs. You can do all these workouts and then some but if you are choking down McDonalds, Wendy's and Burger King on the regular, these wont help. Just saying.
What you say is very true, my brother, diet is the most important, but these exercises help burn calories while developing the abdominal muscles so that they appear stronger and more beautiful.

Idk, I think it’s different for everyone. I’m on a calorie surplus and I do abs everyday. (It’s mainly what you eat.)

What weights you use for your workouts
Abdominal muscles do not need heavy weights. You can use any weight, even 2.5 kilograms But the first exercise definitely requires heavier weights
