  • Hey everyone in this martial art tutorial I will be going over some very basic Kung Fu / Wu Shu stances and stance warm ups for Wu Shu.
    Martial Art Tutorials will be every Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm. Subscribe to not miss them :)

    Ok, You're actually doing the same exercises I did when I practiced Kung-fu.
    I seems that Chinese Martial art have all the same basic exercises. ^^
    I do feel that our Iron Horse Stance was a little bit different.

    I saw in another vid you used a 9 section whip, could you make a tutorial on that or any other martial arts weapon please?.

      Yeah, she does look nervous in the beginning. It's all good though. Everyone is a bit nervous sometimes.

      Have you tried Tai Chi Chuan?
      The stances are very good for the body.
