The problem is it’s a plastic chuck it’s not like the McLaren impact that is top of the line or the McLaren drill that had a metal chuck and was a mid range tool unfortunately this is just a low end dewalt tool that is a new model
Dishonest video. Only one battery comes with this £119.99 kit offered by Screwfix shown here. Toolstation do a two battery kit for £159.98, but this isn't it.
You are correct, the focus for this was the drill really, DeWalt always have loads of different combinations of tool and batteries. The drill is still a dcd100 the full part number would be the configuration of drill and batteries
@@awol555 Yeah. It's a tidy combi. Will do all the jobs that most people buy it for. The older 796, or the newer 805 are better for tradesmen, but hard to justify their expense for home use.
Why do they only make the anniversary drill a reskinned version of the bog standard combi drill model 😢
It isn’t tho. It has the hammer function and is brushless. Much more compact

@@user-qk7id7ev9u I like the compactness of the atomic range this comes from. It suits me, I use a SDS drill for anything heavier anyway!
