AliExpress Cheap Carbon Wheels - and freehub installation tip
after buying my Delihea frame from AliExpress, I went on a search for some Carbon wheels to complete it! I came across these RYET wheels, which were the cheapest carbon clinchers I could find, and as a bonus they are tubless ready apparently!
Also a little tip to get a free hub back on if your having issue with the pesky pawls stuck out!

Watched a couple of other videos first. Then went for it! Set was £20 from Argos, was available slightly cheaper online! Thought it went ok for the first time! My wife helped tidy up the back at the end! But only a little bit more came off. I think I should have been braver and gone a little higher with the no2 in the sides before going for the number 4 on top!
How to reset service light or inspection lights on countax c80 new models
Просмотров 12 тыс.8 лет назад
This is the procedure for resetting service light or inspection lights on a new model countax, specifically the c80, but it may be the same for any countax with the new digital dash.
Dishonest video. Only one battery comes with this £119.99 kit offered by Screwfix shown here. Toolstation do a two battery kit for £159.98, but this isn't it.
You are correct, the focus for this was the drill really, DeWalt always have loads of different combinations of tool and batteries. The drill is still a dcd100 the full part number would be the configuration of drill and batteries
@@awol555 Yeah. It's a tidy combi. Will do all the jobs that most people buy it for. The older 796, or the newer 805 are better for tradesmen, but hard to justify their expense for home use.
@@user-qk7id7ev9u I like the compactness of the atomic range this comes from. It suits me, I use a SDS drill for anything heavier anyway!
Why do they only make the anniversary drill a reskinned version of the bog standard combi drill model 😢
It isn’t tho. It has the hammer function and is brushless. Much more compact
The problem is it’s a plastic chuck it’s not like the McLaren impact that is top of the line or the McLaren drill that had a metal chuck and was a mid range tool unfortunately this is just a low end dewalt tool that is a new model
@@adamdavis2788 It isn't £350, either.
I wish we had that in that states DeWalt you sucks
I have heard once metal seal has been broken ln canned food you should not store food in it and need ro move it to another container that's food safe. Idk just wanted to share in case that is true, something i plan to look into more myself later too actually
I can see some logic in that! Normally only a day or two until it's used! Would switch to tupperware if it was longer!
I have same mower but the bag full light and the grass cut level lights dont come on 😢
Tbh I hadn't thought about it, but my bag full light doesn't work now , hadn't really ever used it, just emptied when saw some grass cuttings left behind.
@@awol555 Thank you. Just changed the solenoid today, it had been clicking for several years, making starting a real pain. Now it's like new 🙏🏽
@@rachelharris7915 was this difficult? Mine has started clicking a bit before starting?
@@awol555 Hi. No, I purchased a cheap solenoid from eBay. You have to remove the black plastic cover on the right (4 clips). Unscrew the fuse box (2, screws, you just need to lift it up a little, because one of the solenoid screws is directly below the fuse box. You don't need to remove the wires from the back of the fuse box). Then unscrew the two screws above the solenoid. It drops down, transfer the wires to new solenoid. Put back together. Don't forget to disconnect the battery. On my mower, there was a wire that straddled the two spade connectors on the solenoid, I did not transfer this wire, as I think this may have been added by someone else. It made no difference after removing. The job took me a little longer because there were a lot of stones around the steering rack (which you can see with the covers off), so I cleaned and greased it. Also there are lots of relays in there so, I removed each cable and sprayed electrical cleaner on each one. (Trying to fix the dash light problem). Hope that helps.
I have a Mk4 c60 and I wish they had kept that dashboard design, as mine is the simplified dash. The bag full is a useful feature which they no longer have.
Hi Allan I have a slightly different set of Ryet carbon wheels any tips for removing the freehub body. I notice your video started with it off. By the looks it should pull off similar to ZIPP ones . so far I am unsuccessful 🙂
Hi, it does just pull off with a bit of force. Hambini has just done a video with a newer ryet freehub with dt Swiss style ratchet? He shows pulling it off, maybe search that!
The reason you didn't like "the way these cables are" is that did not route them into the top tube properly. You routed them around the stem, the front should go from the left side of handle bar directly into the left hole in the top tube (which would keep cable on let side of stem). The same should have been done on the right. If you measure the housing correctly you will have a nice parallel arc over the stem.
Can share your bike picture ?
I will have to take one this weekend, I don't have an up to date one and have put some pinstripe on it to not be just plain black!
Just posted a pic
I don't wanna talk about it someone that i love die at 31/12/2022
Can u fit these to qr 135mm frames?
Never leave your Co2 in over night. …. It will Damage the seals. If you put a new co2. Use all up in one setting
Yes I've read this, another problem with the big 88g ones, It takes a few weekends to use it
@@awol555 yes It’s true But try to discharge all of it In one outing. Or…. Unscrew the co2. And take a loss. It’s better then ruining your gun
@@leninmercedes6567 fair point, I've left them in for 2-3 weeks so far. The small co2 adaptor is the best solution by sounds of it

New coat of paint !
@@awol555 would you recomend for spraying mdf products, also have you tried graco tips on this sprayer ,i have a small joinery shop and never tried spraying before and would like to give it a go.
How long did it take to paint the room?
@jasondyer9279 I have just bought one. It will be much quicker but I think you need to do multiple rooms in one go. For time saving
@@jasondyer9279 sorry for the late reply! For the most coat, and no skirting on yet so there was very little to mask off, I painted 3 bedrooms and a living room and part of stairs, 2 coats in an evening after workz probably 3/4 hours. That would include setting up sprayer and cleaning. Already masked off windows
The charging handle actually cocks the trigger. You will notice that if you press the trigger with no gas, then load it with gas and try and shoot it won't work. You pull the charging handle and it is then cocked. When it fires, the hammer is blownback by the CO2 pressure in the plenum re-cocking it. As the gas runs down, there is not enough pressure to re-cock and you will need to then use the charging handle between shots.
ah ok - I've never run the gas this low maybe - i notice the pellets slow down and start to droop a bit , but i have just switched cartridge rather than carry on tbh - do you use an adaptor and smaller co2 cartridges?
@@awol555I have the Walther adaptor for 2x12g. I can just about get 3 mags out of it.

Any additional feedback about Ryet Wheels? I'm thinking about buying these wheels, but I have some concerns about quality and long term durability.
Hi I'm not doing mega miles as do a lot of turbo, but seem fine so far still! i added some extra grease to bearing,, you could swap this straight out for a known brand? but spokes and rim etc all seem fine. maybe a more textured braking surface would be nice, but that would add to the cost - I don't go fast enough to need too much braking!
Hi Allan, how are you doing with the wheels?
Hi, really good! I haven't done thousands of km, but what I have they seem good, brakes squealing a bit at first but I think I need to line them up / toe them in a little as it's got better with use as pads worn to match angles of rims , or try different pads - but this seems common on carbon rims
How much did you pay for this model? Prices seem to going way up!
I was about 350 gbp? Delivered ?
Just double checked and it was 463 dollars, would be 370 today, just looked on aliexpress and same one would only be £325 £290.03 35%OFF | DeliHea Carbon Aero Road Frame Full New Design Series Fore White Bike Frame Matte Finishing a.aliexpress.com/_uZAPJ7
Did you purchase your wheels from the Ali Elite Cycle store? I placed a order from them and received a notification that they shipped and should have arrived on April 4th. When they did not arrive I messaged them and was told that they had not shipped. Beginning to wonder what is going on…
No, mine were direct from the ryet store, the shipping was quicker than I expected / quicker than the frame I ordered

Thanks Allan!
The way the cables are routed out of top tube. Looks like a Boardman Air.
It's the same as my older felt b16 tt bike to be fair, it would just be nicer looking not there!
have you ridden on them yet? what they like?

Look good, I've been eyeing them up to maybe build on a Sensah groupset. Although this would be my first build so hopefully its as idiot proof as it seems!
I chose to stick with the 105 from my alu road bike, so I could remove and refit and be as foolproof as possible!
