My friend who is a cyctech trainer is going to have a good look over the whole bike in the next couple of weeks , I've only done very short ride and mostly turbo so far! I will record a video once he's given me some feedback
Hi Allan I have a slightly different set of Ryet carbon wheels any tips for removing the freehub body. I notice your video started with it off. By the looks it should pull off similar to ZIPP ones . so far I am unsuccessful 🙂
Hi, it does just pull off with a bit of force. Hambini has just done a video with a newer ryet freehub with dt Swiss style ratchet? He shows pulling it off, maybe search that!
Hi I'm not doing mega miles as do a lot of turbo, but seem fine so far still! i added some extra grease to bearing,, you could swap this straight out for a known brand? but spokes and rim etc all seem fine. maybe a more textured braking surface would be nice, but that would add to the cost - I don't go fast enough to need too much braking!
Did you purchase your wheels from the Ali Elite Cycle store? I placed a order from them and received a notification that they shipped and should have arrived on April 4th. When they did not arrive I messaged them and was told that they had not shipped. Beginning to wonder what is going on…

Hi, really good! I haven't done thousands of km, but what I have they seem good, brakes squealing a bit at first but I think I need to line them up / toe them in a little as it's got better with use as pads worn to match angles of rims , or try different pads - but this seems common on carbon rims
I've only done a couple of km tbh, I have a friend who is a cytech trainer and he was interested in having a look over the wheels and bike , so thought that may be sensible before I go out too far / fast!
@@awol555 yea that is sensible a ha, to be fair you can get some awesome wheels on AliExpress for dirt cheap. I am actually looking at these ones too with ceramic bearings. I am actually in the process of building a race bike on a budget here are some of the videos so far ruclips.net/p/PL7m918YaZrkengP1SuKnLaluJx-J_tH99
I had the same problem when I took the freehub out. the rubber band trick worked great! thanks for the tip sir
Looking forward to hearing more from you about these wheels!

Any additional feedback about Ryet Wheels? I'm thinking about buying these wheels, but I have some concerns about quality and long term durability.
