G'day CSS, many thanks for sharing your insights and passion for 16mm Canadian silver dollars, lots of cool maple leaf designs, fingers crossed the last 2023 silver dollar will turn up soon, I do love the 2015 set with the beautiful red maple leaf $5 coin. Cheers Peter J 🤗👋🍁🔥🙏💪👍
That old Paul Hogan advert was primarily targeted at the USA tourism market, we only cook much larger prawns on the barbie but the first choice is always beef, lamb, pork and even skippy 🤣🤣🤣
Most of the coins of the sets have the same design, with the exception of the $5 coin it is same design usually with a twist of enamel or such. Thanks for watching & Happy Stackin eh!
I bought one awhile back I have a video or two on it. I agree it is one of my favourite gold coins & it has increased considerably in price since I purchased it. Also believe it was one of the coins I got just below melt value for the entire set at the time. Thanks again. Happy Stackin eh!
I have to get one of those 2018 Bicentennial Dollars with Victoria and Elizabeth 2 my two favorite Queens!-!!! GaryBailey God of Thunder and Lightning 🍀🌩️⚡🇺🇸🇨🇦🇬🇧🇦🇮💚Yay kitty made an appearance!!! GB🍀💕❤️😺

Ya I dont buy graded coins unless what I am looking for is cheapest in a graded form. I have considered breaking the 2022 out of its holder... But I probably wont ;) Happy Stackin eh!
Hey James if you are talking about the 2015 fractional set $325 USD is to high. You can get it on ebay for $240 CAD Currently. Hope this helps James if not that set let me now I will help more. Happy Stackin eh!
@@jamesreal7987 Ya I checked ebay and there are sellers in the US you can get the set for around $155 USD Plus w/e the shipping is to you specifically. Hope you get it ;) Happy Stackin eh!
Nice but id much rather just get a usa dime. At 2.5 grams and 90 percent silver you have 2.25 grams of pure silver per dime and at a FRACTION of the price although if they decided to go back to the silver and gold standard. This is roughly what a dollar would look like. Little smaller though... a half dime would be a good dollar coin but what about the smaller denoms?
I do agree with you. This a collection of love and You would be much better off with 80% CAD or 90% US silver dimes. Cheaper and much more likely to increase or hold their value over time. I do have a few rolls of dimes both 80 & 90% Also not sure if you watch my channel but I collect $5 face in 80% 25 cent pieces every week. This collection is an extension of my love for silver dollars... I have a collection of around 200 unique silver dollars currently! Never really thought about smaller denominations than the dime... But this is what I think, if say its value was $1 approx. & you need 75 cents change... just cut it in four some what equal pieces with tin snips... Problem solved ;) It probably has no real numismatic value... just silver weight value. Hope this helps friend & TYVM for the question. Happy Stackin eh!
