The reason for no red flasks in duels, is it gives the host an unfair advantage. But since both people get a mixed physik, I don't really see how healing tears are an issue (other than the one that heals half your health, because they have no easy way to tell if you used estus).
This tear alone makes it so you can have more stats, because you need less endurance than an actual average build AND you save 1 to 2 talisman slots! All while having full bull goats and light roll. Completely unfair and broken in PvP.

I would say ruptured deserves to be in A tier only if doubly paired together because it does enough damage to OHKO to most people, it's handy as a surprise attack and the two things you should do once it's used is to focus on sticking close to the enemy and staying alive to aim it at the right time. In invasions either the enemy has no clue that it activated or those who pay attention will panic in a terrible situation (pop this during a elevator ride or on a thin beam and watch them panick roll to their deaths). It should be in a higher tier on regard that it has a high potential to end a fight especially if you deem the fight hopeless then this is a certain kill ace you would want to try. Other than that, this is a very accurate list. I'm giving a few new ones a try now that I remembered that they were buffed.
What if you paired the Winged Crystal Tear with the Blue Dancer Charm Talisman? If the Winged Crystal Tear increases your equip load by 400% so you can light roll in heavy gear, and the Blue Dancer Charm talisman gives you a damage bonus the lower your equip load is, wouldn't those two feed off each other perfectly?
winged tear increases your max equip load by 400% while blue dancer charm increases damage by how low your equipped weight is (not the % of max equip load). So sadly no, it doesn't work that way EDIT: Example 30.0/100.0 as an equip load the tear would effect the 100 pushing it to 400 while the charm would scale damage the closer you can push the 30 towards 0.
Don't really agree with crimson tear being S tier for the fact that if you are at the maximum flasks (14), you shouldn't need another heal, you shouldn't need to have a majority of your flasks allocated to cerulean if you have enough points into mind either. If you are using wondrous physick, you want it to do something more stellar than just heal 100% of hp which can go away at a staggering speed, which brings me to the holy damage crystal tear, holy damage is in a weird place in that alot of the endgame bosses are exclusively more resistant to it and buffing that damage isn't gonna make it more viable than just simply switching the damage type you employ, and finally the attribute tears, yes they can be good earlier on, but they can drop off faster than Godricks great rune for the same reason as Godrick's great rune, that being the existence of soft caps
You put the one that functions as an extra red flask in s tier? That seems pretty wild. You got get 14 of them for free and some of the other tears are the best most irreplaceable buffs in the game…
I’m kind of floored by the 50% heal making S tier. I suppose very early game when you only have a few flasks yeah absolutely. But mid-late game that feels like a total waste of the physick, I basically never die due to lack of flasks it’s always the bosses dealing damage faster than I can heal
Leaden Hardtear last only 10 seconds. To last 3 minutes was probably considered as OP. Taking in account how hard hit some enemies in this game i dont consider it as OP, but they choosed to set it at 10 seconds. Which is too short in my opinion.
10 seconds is literally an insult, you’d think that’s a glitch. What do they expect you to use that INSTEAD of dodging and just soak the health loss?? What it should be IMO is like the bubble tear, so you pop it and then it lasts indefinitely until you get hit maybe 2-3 times. Especially in a world with the tear that like doubles equip load exists which is functionally near identical except it does last minutes

Twiggy tear is good for farming. I used it to get the thorned whip from the prelate at mountaintops just drinking and jumping off the cliff to spawn at the marika stake
Yeah that’s rough/very annoying. The absolute worst though is the people who rank stuff and never actually mention what the benefit of that item is and just describe how good it is. Like there’s probably 1000 items in this game no one remembers all their buffs off name alone, makes it unwatchable

I've seen people get away with some gross stuff with the poise tear in invasions but yeah it's very short.
Opaline bubbletear in c is nuts to me. It's my go-to.

Winged Crystal tear sounds like it would be awesome for PVP (even dueling) as long as you aren't a noob about it and dump endurance.

The charge tear works really well with any of the roar buff ashes of war; pair it with the poise tear, and its fun for boss melting.

Cerulean hidden tear is also used for buffing. Its my most used tear. For PvE its easy S tier.
