Lice checks were probably my first ever experience with ASMR. Though it wasn't till many years later that I came across the term. Nothing gets the tingles going quite like someone ruffling your hair 😊
I am really struggling right now with anorexia and anxiety and depression and anorexia treatment and this really helped me to relax a bit for a while thank you so much Lauren I love you and your videos xx

Before I knew what ASMR was I used to get it when I got my hair checked for lice and the little sticks they run through your hair will always make me SUPER relaxed. I remember wanting to just flop on the hard floor for a nap in my elementary school when I was getting my hair checked for lice
So I had the captions on for another video earlier and forgot to turn them off before I started watching Lauren. but if anybody wants a little extra giggle turn them on - even if just for the first 3 minutes 😂 Captions arent great for picking up on a scottish accent I see!! 💜

Add a soft warm back light, or above you pointed down at your hair, if possible, to make the edges of your body less dark so that you blend in with your chosen background graphics better and there's less green in your hair :D ALSO GREAT JOB, your videos are always amazing, quirky, and have really good audio XD
