I know! Me, too! I found these videos about the Old People Homes for 4 Year Olds by total accident and now I’ve watched everyone. I’m in the US and want a show like that here! It’s just so flipping cute and sweet. All these videos make me cry happy tears!!
It's so utterly sweet. I am loving all of these vids. And I totally don't mean to be obnoxious, but I'm pretty sure he called her a "poppet," (which is actually derived from puppet) an old, British slang term for a little darling. Either way, this series just gets me right in the feels.
Aww this is so heartwarming, the elderly people are so cute and vulnerable, they deserve so much more after working hard nearly all their lifetime and by putting in so much effort to help others. God bless these people and children❤️✌️

Her name is Eva? oh what a lamb! it's a name that means life or giver of life! what a fitting name for a girl that brings life to this elderly gentleman and no doubt to other people as well.
This show is adorable! I came by it on accident and live in the US so can only view short clips uploaded to you tube I think. But love it! And I think this program should be done everywhere. I know our older grades do “friendship clubs” that visit retirement homes but this program looks way more successful. The young and innocent are so contagious to be around.
Every thing old is new again!! This is the way it used to be. When the old were revered by the young, and there was an exchange of knowledge, and energy.
I'm so happy - somehow I did not know there was an English version of this show! We had a series here in Australia in Aug 2019, which was absolutely wonderful, (and thankfully season 2 starting Tues April 6th, 2021 for any Australians reading this). It's so life-transforming for everyone involved - I wish it could be 'a thing' in school curriculums beginning from early learning onward. Besides the obvious massive benefits, it would open people's minds (and hearts), from an early age, to be more understanding, thoughtful, kindis empathetic humans. I think it'd also go a long way to dismantle the cruel, destructive culture of ageism, which is sadly the accepted norm these days, where 'oldies' are largely disrespected, disregarded and seen as a burden, when historially, elders were highly respected for their wealth of knowledge and insight and seen as an essential, poweful part of society. Oops - got a bit ranty sorry. Anyway - thanks to everyone involved in bringing this genius show to our screens. May there be at least a hundred more seasons!
This gives me hope that maybe one day ill have people want to visit me for my birthday.. im 26 now and dont think anyone has bothered since i was 12 :(
This is AWESOME. However, it would BE BETTER if the elderly were NOT marginalized by their relatives and society at large. The young should remember that the elderly took care of them when they could NOT take care of themselves. Do NOT be selfish and pay it forward.
