It's beautiful. A while back there was a video about a care home for seniors whose staff had issues finding childcare. They opened one in the care home and invited the seniors in everyday. Soon there were plants hanging everywhere - cats & birds throughout and they often baked lunches together, read, did art and the health of everyone involved changed so dramatically. Its seems so natural & logical. It us very inspiring! 🌺
Just beautifully precious. Both young and old seem to benefit so much from this! Nothing contrived, just absolutely, heartwarmingly pure. I hope these programs are adapted around the world.

Our culture writes off the elders. I think it’s absolutely criminal! Other cultures hold their elders in high esteem. There’s so much valuable information that can be passed on to younger generations. Perhaps, this is one of the reasons why our society is in crisis?! However, it’s wonderful to see this video. It gives me hope. 😊

I love this, the youngest would usually look after the elders of a tribe, children have their strongest connection to spirit before the age of 7, the elder teaches a life of their learned wisdoms. Despite age, they share more than we realise. Its powerful yet sadly, not widely traditional anymore.
It was so sad for the old lady lost in the garden ... broke my heart when she said she didn't deserve the medal and when then she said she never was so happy to see people
It is said that when we become old we turn back into children again I think this is the best medicine for old age..I hope that I am as lucky as they are!!

I loved this programme 😍💕😍 This time last year one of my best friends ,Jack,died 😪.He was a neighbour and was 105yrs old ,45yrs older than me . I knew him for 22yrs and miss him so much😔 .I would love to be friends with the children and the residents .They are very special .🙂💕
