I’m glad you and your daughter are safe. Just found your page and your story shook me too my core. I bought a 2020 SP SB this past Nov and it’s my dream car. First thing I did was install a kill switch. thankfully I haven’t received any negative attention. But definitely receive positive attention like guys at gas stations giving me thumbs up or wanting to chat about my car. That attention I enjoy and I’ve met some cool people. I pray to God I never have someone try to take it from me. Non mopar owners don’t understand why we have to be hyper vigilant when driving these.

Bro I had my 21 scat for a week and it was broken into twice. 1st time they tried to take the rims but I had wheel locks... 2nd time they deprogramed key fob.... It is now sitting in my dad's garage until I move next month 💀💀💀💀

I’m from Ohio. Was out in Cincinnati and got my gun stolen out of my ‘23 SXT a week ago. Cops told me if I’m coming to the city and I’m going to a place that doesn’t allow me to carry inside then just leave the gun at home because it’s illegal to keep it in the car. They didn’t charge me when I reported it because I was the victim + I was honest about it. If I can’t take my 🔫 with me I ain’t going. 💯

I'm glad and thankful to God u and ur daughter are ok brother. A similar situation happened with me in my scat while I was with my daughter. These two dudes tapped my car from behind but they didn't get out and neither did I. They pulled up next 2 me but bc my windows are heavily tinted they couldn't see who was in the car. The passenger apologized for hitting me and they drove away. My heart was pounding but thanks be to God we made it home safely. Stay safe

I feel you Bro I move cautiously also. But my girlfriend doesn’t understand the security aspect you need to keep owning these cars. And especially the wide bodies. Mines garage kept and it’s not my daily driver also.
My wife always asking me why I dont bring her and my son in my Trackhawk alot. She gets mad. And I try to explain this exact same thing to her. but she doesnt get it at all and thinks im being over protective. Glad you safe bro. Best thing you did was not go to your house. If they wanted the car they woulda hopped out on when u got out or they woulda rear ended you when they was behind you to get you to step out. I done had people follow me in the middle of the highway and gas stations to take pictures and ask me bout it or tell me how much they love it. Some people just dont know how to approach people correctly or in a comfortable way.
its our jobs to protect, its hard for them to understand. i was leaving my gf parents house and as me and her was walking out the door i saw a car pulled up by my scatpack and stop and i brace her like " her hold up stay here for a sec" and she almost was like "huh? come on" she didnt understand the situation i was trying to observe.
I had a similar situation.I was with my girlfriend and in my 70 Chevelle. I tried to outrun them and hit a tree going around a turn. When I got out to fight they ran me over with their car.I flew up onto their hood and fell off as they sped away. There were a couple witnesses as they came out of their house when I hit the tree and saw the whole situation and got the plate number. I sued the living crap out of them. No idea why they were chasing me.They thought I was someone else or something.I wasn't even from that town.
Crazy this happen to you in KC, my Hellcat was stolen in KC right from T Mobile center downtown. KC has one of the highest mopar theft rates in the in the country right now on an insane level. It’s really not worth the headache with these cars I had to chase my own hellcat for an hour with my brothers Trackhawk long story short we caught it, was a group of stolen chargers and challengers that took it. They ran from us for an hour and ditched my hellcat over by the Sinclair on Longview road. We came armed like the navy lol but all that over a car just isn’t worth it.
Also know these dudes will follow you and watch you for an opportunity to steal your car, i got followed from the Grandview area. They stole my hellcat about 10 minutes after i parked it so I was followed and they knew exactly where it was parked. Had multiple trackers so they weren’t getting away with it. Now I got a system that won’t even allow the car to turn on with one press of a button.
I’m about to get a wby jailbreak I’m 20 i hv a 2022 300 and get attention too but man after hearing this definitely gonna keep a better look out I’ve had some people try and steal my 300 but cops came and where able to get one

If you are worried about your daughter getting to your firearm when you’re driving the scat you need to keep it on your hip. Having your weapon in the trunk is just as bad as not having it at all. I have a widebody as well and I stay paranoid looking for something to happen 🤣 lastly I think I’ve done everything right to afford whatever I want and as a man I can’t let bums who don’t want to work and get their own make me trade in my car. But that’s just me I’m 10 toes down bout me and mine.
Crazy thing is, all these bums have to do is get a security job, save up for like a year and go get a 15+ Scatpack or R/T lol it’s not that hard but being lazy is something I could never be!

Just remember, the hype with these cars, good and bad....will die down. I still won't sell mine. I have a 2019 narrow body, white with carbon stripes and these cars get a ton of attention. I've seen little kids stop and point and give thumbs up. Adults doing double takes and pointing, etc. I don't know what it is, but people love these cars. Glad you're safe man, keep that head on a swivel. Carry that hand gun right next you. I typically keep my .380 Keltec right there in my center console when driving this car.

None of these cars are worth your safety or the safety of your family. Mopar owners should sell these things while there is a huge demand for them and these fools are willing to pay absurd amounts for them, take that money and get something else. So many other cars you could afford that won't attract that kind of heat.
It would take *one* time for my daughter to be in a compromised position over a car before that car would be up for sale.
