The teams in the playoff are really good. The NBA media is too quick to says players 'choke' because two great teams played and one of them had to lose. Got to be careful all year around. They know everyone's watching the playoffs so they want it to be as entertaining as possible. People can get hurt though. It's kind of dangerous to be doing it all year round@@JoseFM61
💯💯
Both teams have been very open critiquing the refs all year. Whoever wins this will see the biggest FT despairity in history when they play the Mavs or thunder.
Ant calling coach Finch "Finchie" is so wild lol
Any team down 0-2
Stephen A Smith: “Series is OVER”
lol bro it’s over
Hahahaha
yeah in the NBA that's usually true....especially when you go down 0-2 on your home court
When was the last time a team go 0-2 at home an then win the series?
This is definitely over murray about to get suspended they going down 0-3
My 04-05 pistons defense needs to be mention in this conversation
This is what I've been saying....it's like that team but with a 30 a night scorer also.
That was a scary team for anybody
that pistons defense was ELITE. they don't get credit cause they didn't have a BIG star just 5 solid starters some who was great in their roles like billups and ben wallace 2 hof type careers
@Shaq610 Yeah, holding a prime shaq and kobe lakers team to 80 a night was pretty insane.
@@Dridgeism talk about it. stopped a 4 peat!!!
The NBA IS HEATING UP. 🔥🎉🏆
Couldn’t wait for Stephen A’s reaction 😂😂
If I'm being honest, i don't know how the Nuggets scored 80 points. The T-wolves Defense, last night, was that good.
That’s only because, last few minutes of the game both team put all the bench players on the floor. Lol
Also Fouls not being called or the refs letting them by black prison rules.
size bothered the Nuggets 10:33 nonsense. it was the team defense and game strategy , not the size. the Nuggets are a tall team too
This is the greatest defense I’ve seen from a team since 2004 Pistons who have the record for holding teams below 70 points in a season. Nobody gave them a chance against the Lakers but defense in fact wins championships.
did you miss the duncan spurs era?
@@noneofya1631Spurs had an MVP in Duncan. 2004 Pistons didn't have an MVP which rarely happens for a championship team
As great of a defensive team as 2004 Piston, the pace was slowwww back in the 00's. Holding opponent 80 points in today's game is much more impressive than 70 points in 00's.
Boston vs Brooklyn remember that
@@YHChiu-jy2yi yes it’s impressive I agree, all I was saying it’s the best defense I’ve seen since then. 2004 Pistons did it a record 11 times and also hold the records for lowest opponent ppg regular season and playoffs this century to go along with their championship no one can discredit that. Holding a team with prime Kobe and prime Shaq along with Payton, Malone to 68 and 75 points is crazy no matter the era.
What people are not mentioning is thisvteam bonded together the whole season and OT was like a preparation of playoffs 16 games to win a championship..they are peaking and this success against Denver has already physiologically affected the rest of the teams on their way.
I like to see the Twolves win the chip this season. This just shows the parity in the league and also as a Lakers fan, it gives me satisfaction to see the Nuggets get whooped and prevents the Celtics to win #18
The irony is it shows how far LA is from actually contending. Almost swept twice by a team that might now be swept.
@CanditoTrainingHQ professional sports goes in cycles. I would rather see a full rebuild tbh for the Lakers as well as the team being sold to an ownership that is smart in putting a good product. Jeannie Buss isn't like her father.
Most satisfying Stephen A rant I've ever watched.
I honestly think it was too much. I miss the old SAS. When he was naturally funny rather than being over the top.
@@salmantaghdi8605 Well in this case I don't think it's over the top.
@@mxzvgx7114oh well
Truly refreshing to see DEFENSE, like wow!
I know Stephen regrets this analysis, especially if the nuggets win on Thursday. The turnaround has been crazy all the nuggets have to do is win Thursday and we are back in the finals. Proud of them.
lifetime minnesota sports fan here… i wasn’t alive for our last collective title, i was born in 98. i’ve never seen a team from minnesota THIS dominant. no vikings team, wild, lynx, twins, or wolves team has ever been this impressive. i had us in 7 against phoenix, and in 6 against denver. they’re consistently proving me wrong

You can tell Stephen A has just watched his first Wolves game this year 😂
He’s actually been to the target center for games in MN. He’s known.
he watches all the games that's somewhat his job lol
It's not like they're a major market team. Many people haven't seen them play before now.
I’m from California but I love ❤️ the way Timberwolves play.. smothering defense wins titles…. Im officially Timberwolves fan❤❤❤❤❤. So fun to watch!!!!

I agree with Stephen A Smith. Timberwolves are on fire. I'll be there for game 3 and four. It's going to be a Madhouse in Minnesota this week 😊
Minneapolis is going to be loco this weekend. OMG 😊

Nuggs having to beat 5 on the floor plus 3 in stripes. So many charges and hand-checks by the Wolves.
jamal should be suspended for the next game. throwing stuff on the court like that is dangerous and should not be allowed.
No, don't suspend him. I want the wolves to complete the sweep without any excuses HAHAHA
@@MilkiasDebessaythat would hardly be an excuse considering how he’s been smothered the first 2 games. Say Jokic was injured for the whole series, that would probably get people saying excuse. But Murray being plain stupid like he was last night, that’s not an excuse.
@@ryanwiuff2374 I know, but I'm just saying. If they suspend him for game 3, there will be no chance for denver to win this series. At least if they are down 0-2 they have a chance to come back. coming back down from 0-3 against these hungry wolves will never happen

Bro this guys forgot about the 2004 Detroit Pistons, did they see what they did on Los Angeles Lakers on that Championship game?
Exactly but you know people have a short memory span. They probably don't remember Milwaukee loss. The first round after winning the championship
Facts, wolves gimme dem pistons vibes when they shut down the lakers offense in 04
The pistons were amazing, Prince was assaulting Kobe plus Wallace had the rebounds and blocks.
If Wolves beat Nuggets, no team left has a MVP on their roster. This is a big deal.
@@1990758 to be honest, maybe they already forgot that the Phoenix Suns got swept also
This series reminds me of the Lakers/Mavs series in the second round of the 2011 playoffs. The lakers were defending champs and the Mavs swept them to win the championship against the Heat.

I was thinking it but Stephen A said it. The T- Wolves defense last night reminded me of that late 90's Bulls quad with Ron Harper, Micheal Jordan, Scottie Pippen, and Dennis Rodman. They were the best defensive unit I've ever seen. I remember one postseason when they were up 40 points on Indiana in the conference finals, and then up by 50 points on the Jazz in the finals!!!
