HOW TO ROLLER SKATE: 180 Slowdown/Stop

This was a request from a viewer, Kinamot Diaries. I hope I am explaining the right move lol. But this week I am talking about slowing down on spins/180s. This will allow you to have more control on your skates as you become more comfy with pivots and switches.
